It is our goal to provide quality area rugs at an affordable price. We are sorry that you were not pleased with your purchase and hope you will consider our brand in the future. Although the best option for maintaining appearance during transportation, rolling may result in creases from time to time due to the organic nature of the backing. Allowing the rug to sit open for a few weeks will usually help it to relax. However, the best way to flatten a rug for use is to reverse roll it and let it remain for at least 24 hours. As a last resort, water may be lightly sprayed on the backing which will loosen the weave, but the area must be able to dry thoroughly.

Good quality
Good quality rug. Bought this for my living room. It's a lot lighter than it looks in the picture. I kept it because of the thickness and I can still work with the colors
