The rug is very thin, and has no plush qualities to it whatsoever. In fact, it's stiff to the point that when you roll the rug out, it will not relax and lay flat on the floor. One end of the rug is "wavy" meaning the end does not have a straight edge. It almost appears that it's a 2nd quality product, with a defect. I have purchased similar products in the past from this manufacturer, and the quality of these products has definitely diminished over time. You get what you pay for. Relatively speaking, I didn't pay much for this rug, so I guess my expectations shouldn't have been so high. I will be returning this product.

This carpet looks stunning in our living room. We have matching large round carpet at our entryway, one on the hallway and one in our dining area. Though we have had these for years the new carpet blends perfectly. The older carpets still look as great as the new ones. We have dogs, kids and grandkids that run around. The carpets wear exceptionally well. I am totally satisfied. I have none of the issues other reviewers have mentioned such as odor or that the carpets don't lie flat. These carpets smell great and they lay perfectly flat.

Rugs were delivered folded. After two weeks creases are still visible. Steam with iron is very tedious and does not help. Rugs are very thin.

The rug was easy to lay, but after several days I’m still working to get the wrinkles out. I am confident that over time it will lay flat. I was pleased that I didn’t have to pay shipping to Alaska.

We are pleased with this rug.

Great value and quality for the money. We needed to find an attractive but durable rug for our living room to coordinate with new furniture. We have an older dog and as happens, there are accidents in the house and on the rugs. We needed something practical but nice. We ordered the 8 x 10 Ivory version of this rug and it's perfect. It arrived at our local Home Depot earlier than expected. Colors and quality met and actually exceeded our expectations; it looks great in the room. We read that other people had problems getting the rug to lie flat; we simply put some heavy furniture and items on the ends and corners, left it alone for a day or so and it did the trick. Rug looks great, pulled the room together and lies flat.

The rug seemed fine but it didn't fit our decor as well as we had hoped. We returned it to our store.

One corner of the rug was frayed. Luckily it's in a position where it'll be hidden by a recliner.
