Perfect fit! I installed this foam in my T-STAK case to form-fit a hammer drill.

Perfect fit! Easy pick up at store!

I purchased 2 of the foam inserts for my tstak flat top tool boxes. When you cut the foam, the rest of the block you didn't cut just falls out and your tools will not fit snug. Dewalt has GREAT tools but I am very disappointed in this product.

I ordered 3 of these and was disappointed, when one cut out the space need for a tool, some of the squares come out leaving more space around tools, just wish ther where soild foam inserts which would hold the tool tighter and allows one to get more out of space

Doesn't fit edge to edge into ToughSystem 2.0 cases, foam not quite as described for easy removeable blocks for customizatoin.....

Not the best design. Flimsy falls apart, not a solid piece, made of 4-5 layers. I would recommend glueing it together, then cutting out your sections.

These were not what I expected. When cutting and pulling the foam rips up sections I need to stay.

Expected foam inserts for tough stack 2.0, Made do.

If pick and pull foam is what you need, this product is precut for your box.

You get no foam for the top of the case, so if you carry vertically everything just falls out of the foam. Foam puts outward pressure on the case making it more difficult to close.

Great fit worked perfectly

The foam cuts easily and fits well in the tool cases. I was expecting to be able to make cuts that were different depths. The reality is that their are only a few layers of foam so you end up cutting almost all the way through. It is designed to leave about 1/4 inch of foam at the bottom. Looks like Kaisan foam but lacks some functionality.

This helps keep valuable tools from banging around.

It works great! The small squares come out for a custom fit.

Great for customizing you tool box. Spray with plasti dip after customizing for longer wear.

Does the job well. Nice snug fit in the box. Partial pre-cut grid of (approx) 3/4" squares can be pulled out with fingers to create the shape for whatever you want to put in it. Removing parts of the grid still leaves an uncut portion on the bottom to cushion your object.

Very dense foam. Fits perfectly.

I used this to turn my 9 bin clear top TSTAK into a custom cushioned battery holder for all my various Dwalt tool batteries. This way I don't have to search for them.

Offers great customizable protection for power tools.

I ordered three of them and a mouse moved in and tore them all up ...didn't want to wait 2 weeks so I took it as a loss....bummer...

Some foam cubes were not the easiest to remove but the end result was great. Exactly what I needed.

Fit my Craftsman Versastack just as well as the Stanley/Dewalt Tstak. Cutting out the tools was pretty easy. Now my drills, sanders, planers, and saws are nice and secure instead of bouncing around in the box.
