This strap was as advertised, with good quality. Note that it is made of a plastic material, but seems to be very strong. After adjusting the length to fit my bag I had it stitched so it's not able to adjust anymore. Worth the price.

My luggage straps was a bit stiff to start but did its job when my husband & I recently took a trip. However, the other one we bought, at the same time, was completely destroyed when we reached our destination. The locking mechanism completely fell out; hence we threw it out.

The luggage straps work great. Even on a huge ice chest being shipped, they fit tightly and secured the contents wihout worry.
