Great look to your home!

I am writing another review for this product because this is the worst experience with a sliding door that I've ever had. This product is, to put it succinctly, JUNK. We are not "hard" on the doors in our house and neither have we even opened/closed this sliding door with any regularity, but this product is simply falling apart every time it is slid from one side to another. The glass in the panes is too heavy for the structure. It has just come apart AGAIN. Do not buy this product and I will NEVER buy a product from TRUporte again. I would like return it and get my money back, but it's been over 90 days and the hassle of taking it down, borrowing a truck, and hauling it away is too much trouble. If I wasn't in a subdivision, I would take it out back and use it for target practice with my .22 rifle... I wish I had a higher caliber gun to use, but it's all I got. In short, this product looks ok, but the craftsmanship stinks. Don't buy it.

I have bought and installed this product in my own home and the product quality is shoddy. It's extremely fragile due to the glass panes being heavier than the frames it is set in. Installation was more difficult than it should be because of this. The track is poor quality and will bend and give at multiple points over time. I bought it because it looked good and was at the right price. Now I am stuck with a product where I've had to trim and repair the frame to keep it from falling apart.

I love the look of this door. I installed it and it wouldn't move/slide. I called the company and they said that they had switched to another manufacturer and the track rollers are defective. They then said they would send some that worked and I would get them in 4 to 7 days. Two weeks later they arrived and the doors work fine now. Just don't understand why they would include parts they knew were defective espcially when this is a special order

Very Impressed!!! I ordered this door to separate my kitchen from the dining room. Oh wow...it's so gorgeous & everyone is so impressed. Wish I had thought of doing this years ago. Great door...it's a real beauty.

Nice product, easy install. I installed two of the 48" sets to enable me to close off a small Lanai. These made a big difference! Price reasonable reasonable too!

This door is amazing for our smaller bedroom. The quality is awesome and it looks classy and stunning. It completely balances our room.

THE SLIDING DOOR IS BEAUTIFUL FOR THE DECORATION IN MY BEDROOM, IS FUNTIONAL FOR MY CLOSET.

We made a few updates to our house and we decided to replace 20 year old doors with these. The installation was quick and easy. The directions weren't the most detailed, but simple enough after using common sense. The doors look great and we are regretting not doing it 7 years ago when we moved into the house.

I was looking for a contemporary solution to fill two openings in a new office space for my architectural firm, without spending a lot of money. These were the perfect fit with great bang for the buck. They were very easy to install as they came in one piece and only required attaching the hardware. With the frosted glass and espresso finish, they have a great look and compared to other options for track and barn doors, they were the most economical choice. Also being special order, they were delivered to the store a week early, and easy to pick up.

Simply put, I do not recommend this particular door at all. From the week we've put it up it has gradually fallen apart. The glass is separating from the frame and the frame itself is separating. We spent $410.97 on this door and we can't get any help from the manufacturer through the various numbers we've been provided for assistance and Home Depot says they can't do a thing, not even exchange. This door has become unusable and I've attached pictures to this review. I suppose if you want to risk $400 on a door that may or may not crumble under its own weight, go ahead. Don't, however, expect Home Depot or the manufacturer to assist at all. You will essentially throw your money away.

I have a tiny mudroom and the bi-fold doors were getting in the way of the entry door, so I purchased these bypass doors. I would love to give the doors 5 stars, but I took off points for the "paper" veneer. I feel for the price it should be a wood veneer, others have mentioned this as well. On the up side, it's a very heavy, solid door. The box was marked 'over 100 pounds'. I was concerned about seeing through the glass, but I have no issues with that, it's very nicely frosted. Others have said they had problems with the paper overlay having gaps. I had no such trouble. Also as others have mentioned the floor bracket to stabilize the doors is plastic inserted in a metal base. I checked around for something more durable, but this is how they are made. It is very smooth and made this way so it won't scratch the door. There are replacement parts available if it would wear and need to be changed in the future. EASY to install, I consider myself a fairly handy girl (okay, middle aged woman) and I installed it myself in about an hour. I even hung the doors without help even though they are pretty heavy and awkward. I did not install the faux wood fascia, I like the aluminum rail the way it is and it goes with the silver coat hooks and such in the room. Other than the paper wrap, the only other thing I think they should change is predrilling for the door hardware. Make sure you install the hardware on the vertical part of the frame, I'm not sure how long the door would last if you put the hardware on the horizontal piece of wood above the glass. The drawing in the instructions shows the horizontal piece across the whole top of the door, but the door is not built that way. Overall and as usual, I am very pleased with my purchase from Home Depot.

Ordered to sets for closet opening. Also order handles after reading reviews. Handyman installed both. Took a bit of time had to cut track for closet opening. I think it looks pretty good!

We purchased these same doors (two sets) for our bedroom a year ago and loved how they look enough that we decided to spend the money and purchase a set for our spare bedroom. Installation is very easy and the hardware seems to have been improved since our purchase last year. These glide effortlessly from their top mounted hardware and adjust with very little effort once installed. My only complaint is really the price vs quality. While they are very nice looking and the quality is definitely decent, they seem a bit over priced for being veneer - but the great look justified it for us, If the price was a bit lower, this would be a full 5 star product. I would recommend this product just on the look and easy of installation alone though and am still very satisfied in our (second) purchase of these closet doors.

I did not install these doors. My contractor told me they were very easy to install. I used two sets together and they look amazing, especially with light behind them. I do wish they were made of real wood. I am very happy with the outcome.

I have had several of these for years. One glass broke, had to buy a whole pair of doors to replace the glass due to they way the doors are not made to disassemble to replace the glass. They are Still very good doors. Look fantastic !

We used these doors as a room divider instead of closet doors, and they are perfect. Elegant look and super functional.

The door is perfect, its just not what I wanted....I said I need a double Bypass barn door . The salesman said that was exactly what I was getting so I ordered it!!!! The doors are great however the track is for a closet type set up. not a barn door style....

Very classy looking .The only negative is that the doors are very heavy. We used them for our pantry.

Beautiful doors, very high quality, had to trim 1 1/4” off the bottoms, was easy because there solid wood

As expensive as this door was I was very disappointed with the material quality. The rollers were extremely lightweight for the type of door this is and the composite feels like cardboard.
