Easy to install and to program. We've had a timer like this before so it was familiar to us. Programming is very user friendly.

I bought two of these digital timers to install on light switches for my porch light and garage door lights so they would turn on automatically while I'm away. I love coming home to find the lights on! The timer even has a random mode that turns on within 1/2 hour before and after my setting. When I'm away on business, it brings me peace of mind that my home has that "someone's home" look. Note that this timer requires a neutral wire (feed from the power source) to work. If your switch has just two wires, it won't work. You need two from the power source and two going to the fixture. Otherwise, it's a simple installation
