The opening is way smaller than the toilet opening.. not easy to wipe...may have to throw out and get different model or the portable....waste of my money and this was not cheap.

Had "Swash Eco Seat" one week and installed it myself 60+ housewife!! I am amazed...I didn't know Brondell existed!! I have Colitis, fissures, hemorrhoids, allergy to certain toilet paper and this Bidet has been a God send... ! Easy to Install...easy to use and so refreshing!

Excellent for New Mexico because of water temperatures----might be tough for northern climates. Works great!

This product did not meet my expectations. This item replaced an electric powered bidet that broke after 4 years. Although the toilet seat is comfortable, the seat has side to side movement even when tightened. The water flow is a thick stream after turning it on full blast to get the arm in position. I don't need the heated water or heated seat or the dryer. I would look for a simple bidet with more options in spray or water flow.

Although easy to install I don't want the crack of my rear washed instead of the front area. One nozzle hits where it is supposed to and the other hits the bottom of my back.

The nozzles do not spray where needed. One hits the top crack of my rear, and that is supposed to be the front nozzle. The back nozzle hits where it's supposed to. I wish I didn't have to put my chin on my knees for the front nozzle to work right.

Apparently my first review was too honest for Home Depot so here goes try number 2. Here is why you should avoid this product: - The spray is awkward. You have to position yourself right to use it and it takes some getting used to and is not comfortable. - The seat is small. It doesn't bother me a ton but my husband finds it uncomfortable. - To use the spray (at least with my toilet seat), you need to first turn the knob to the most powerful setting which is not ideal. You can then reduce the pressure but usually you have to endure some of the aggressive water spraying first and if you reduce it too much, the spray won't work. - Finally, after using this product for only 2 weeks, I am convinced it gave me a UTI, and my doctor agrees. I am otherwise not prone to UTIs and there is no other explanation that makes sense for how my UTI developed.

Wonderful item. Received quickly. Had no idea how much cleaner one would feel after using bidet. My goal is to get another for second bathroom. Very pleased with product.

This product is easy to install, looks nice.and works as promised. The only thing I would prefer is a joy stick rather than a dial. The dial is more difficult to control, I think.. The fact that it only has cold water is really not a problem in FL. ...it would definitely be a consideration in colder climates.

not the same fit as the elongated bowel but the use of it is still worth it.

The only installation issue was the need to replace the rigid supply line tube with a flex tube. I had to purchase the flex line to complete the job. We live in a cold climate. A cold water bidet isn't a big deal. My toilet is in its own room. I either had to run an extension cord or hire an electrician to relocate an outlet. I decided to try a cold water bidet instead and don't regret it. The wash mechanism takes seat space. A large person might find the reduced sitting space to be an issue and that's with the elongated seat.

First time customer. Product is well manufactured and a bonus for those who require them. Will recommend to my Asian/European friend/family who are used to water instead of paper.

I can't compare it to others, it works well and was easy to install. The toilet bowl is slightly bigger than the ecoseat making it seem as about one inch too short.

I've been using this for a while now and it works very well, no issues. It was very easy to install. I'm very happy with it. Note, it only supports cold water, so make sure you live in a place that is warm enough year-round.

I agonized over which bidet seat to choose. I chose this one because of price and because it was simple to install. I was concerned that I wouldn't like not having warm water, but the unheated water is fine. I am happy with my choice.

Over all, I am happy with it. 2 observations Needed to Buy a part, for fitting to toilet, for the price of the product , should have the parts needed. The off does not turn off completely , it continues to drip.
