This is a great product and I think I will get it again

Makes a great drying rack in the laundry room. Love this shelving system also in areas where you might use traditional assembled grey shelving because it keeps the floor area open for easy cleaning or addition storage of movable items.

I welded 2 of these together (side by side), got 7 angle iron pieces (medium duty) about 4 feet long. I cut one up into 1 foot pieces and screwed them into my garage ceiling at the proper places. I attached 4 of the pieces to the ceiling pieces and let them hang down. I then horizontally attached the 2 pieces to the bottoms of the 4 hanging pieces. I now have something that looks like 2 big letter Us. I raised the welded closet pieces and placed them on top of the 2 horizontal pieces. I now have a hanging ceiling shelf in my garage that I can store my Christmas decorations on. I bought the closet maid shelves about 2 months ago. Worked out perfectly.

I have this installed in the garage at its full length of 8 feet. Installation is pretty simple and standard for this type of shelving. The back snaps into the supports so the shelf does not slide around at all. The front is flat with no type of lip. This makes it easy to slide things off, but won't keep things from sliding off if that is a concern for you. The shelf is a bit flexible, which is nice for installation but will bow easily under weight. If you are only going to put light things like clothes on the shelf you can get away with supports every-other wall stud (32"). If you are going to put anything heavier on it you should put supports at every stud (16"). The design of this is also compatible with similar shelf systems/parts from other brands. A wood shelf would be stronger, but is harder to install and just try finding an 8' piece for less than the price of this.

Worked out wonderfully for closet „Remodel“

Purchased the wire shelving to add additional shelves in the top of a closet. I love how easy it is to swap out shelves in the closet system. The 16 inch deep shelf will give me a much improved storage over the 12 inch that came in the closet. All I needed to buy was the new shelf and a few brackets that are 16 inches deep. They fit the existing rails perfectly.

I purchased the hanger track and support rails a while back. I installed them along both sides of my shop. And every so often I may want to add a shelf and all I need to is buy a few support s and a shelf. This is a very Excellent system to use. I highly recommend this.
