I love how sturdy this is, it doesn't move at all. It fits perfectly on my pool patio and looks like it was custom built for it's space. Very, very pleased. you deffinately need two people to assemble it and one of those people has to be mechanical (I had a friend help me because that is not my strong suit).

I purchased this gazebo last year, and it was missing the touch-up paint. I contacted support and was told it would be sent out, I have never received it. This spring a racoon damaged the netting, I went out to the sunjoy direct website to purchase replacement netting. I was unsure which netting to purchase, so I contacted customer service and asked which netting was for my gazebo. When the netting arrived it looked nothing like the original netting, the edges were different and it was even a different color. When I contacted support about what I thought was a shipping error I was informed that it was a generic replacement. Nowhere on the product page for the netting they pointed me towards did it say generic netting. If I had known it was impossible to obtain replacement parts I would not have purchased this product.

Ordered it online and it came within a week. Took 2 people to set it up. Took us about 2 hours from start to finish. I bolted it directly into my deck but there were spikes to secure into the ground. Directions were easy to follow. It has handled crazy rain and wind storms. It's very solid. Only odd thing is the grommets in the roof canvas. When it rains for any length of time the rain comes in through them. They are located near the edges (two on each side). The screens are able to zip up easily and look nice pulled back.

Clear instructions for easy assembly, although do need 2 people. Good quality materials. Am enjoying the result. Good value.

After my usual over researching we decided on this unit. I had originally thought of a metal roof model but being a resident of Muskoka I though about winter. There is no way those metal roofs would survive. And acrylic...forget it. Canvas roofs can be removed and stored. The unit went up very easily and is well constructed. You'll need a helper for some parts. Low aggravation level overall. In use the unit works well. The bug screen works well too even with the gap between the top of the curtain and the roof. Overall we are quite happy with the unit and would have no hesitation recommending it.

We were very disappointed with the quality of this. We had the exact same one several years ago that held up well, but over time became unstable as we live in a very windy location. We replaced it with another brand for a few years. When that one went, we ordered another of these. The quality of this one versus the original one we purchased is much, much worse. There are huge gaps between metal pieces on the top frame and the only thing holding them together are two 1/4 circles of welding material. The screens no longer have ties on the bottom to tie them to the sides of the poles. The quality of this product has gone significantly down hill. I would not recommend this.

So far it has held up well and withstood some substantial winds. It is taller than most gazebos, which makes set up and (I assume) takedown a little challenging, but the height adds to the comfort level inside. The canvas top may be an issue by the season's end, because it isn't as well-reinforced as it should be in some areas. The screen system also does not contact the edge of the top, so there is a substantial gap that allows bugs to come in, and the screen at the cupola level does not have a velcro seal around the perimeter, again, allowing gaps where bugs can enter. However, it's better than no screen at all. Overall we like it so far.

Items was delivered on-time and complete. All parts were included. The instructions as well as the set-up were clear. Upon completion, the Gazebo looked strong. The manufacturer was easy to work with and answered questions.

This replaced the same unit that was destroyed in a tornado. I just hope I never have to deal with Sunjoy customer service. These people are the worst. Totally out there. I only bought this unit to reuse the main support posts that were still standing.

A big and bulky box, some time to put it together right, but in the end, very worth it.

The product is what we were expecting and looks great. However, (-1 star) it arrived with dents and scratches that required significant work to repair and a complete paint job. In addition, (-1 star) the roof shows small pinpoints of sunlight that don't bode well for being rain repellent. Finally, (-1 star) the instructions are very poor. If you have trouble visualizing a mechanical assembly, then you may find this a bit of a challenge. The instructions say that it requires two people to erect the structure. That may be true, but only if those people have ten foot long arms to support the three legs in order to have a stable structure. With three people we had it up (and repainted) in about 2-1/2 hours. Overall, decent construction with no quality control on what gets packed in the box. We like the look and hope that it lasts to justify the expense.

I've had some problems with my gazebo but luckily I was able to contact Sunjoy through their facebook page, sunjoylife, they were so accommodating and helpful with my needs.

I love this canopy.. We have quite a bit of wind in our backyard so we needed something that was sturdy. This is sturdy and heavy enough to withstand the wind. It did take a good couple of hours to put together. My husband and I put it up with no problems but you will need a couple of ladders or step stools. I looks very nice when all set up. I gave it 4 stars because the packaging of it was horrible, it was scratched and dented When we opened it. Also this canopy did not come with any kind of curtains just the screen surround.

Easy to assemble if you followed the instructions carefully. It took two of us about 2 hours to assemble.

First, price point. For basically $500, you get a great looking gazebo which I think looks more toward the $800-$1000 mark. I'm not sure about the "bamboo" description as I would say it was more of an dark bronzed color. And it looks really good. I put together the basic frame by myself, but required two friends to assist with finishing it. That means flipping it over ( I assembled the basic frame on the ground upside down) and having someone holding the roof part while another person bolts them to the main assembly. Best to have two ladders handy. One big thing...before you assemble the basic frame, make sure the holes on the posts are facing the right way (to accept another piece). On one section, I didn't do this and had to undo the bolts, flip the post and reattach the bolts..added another 20 minutes. My fault for not paying attention enough. Canopy went on pretty straight forward. The second tier roof has one string (tie off?) that ties to the main canopy which also has one tie off. I just tied them in a knot. Each canopy has a small "pocket" in the corners that fits over the roof rods to hold it in place. A small "touch up" paint container is included in case there are any scratches to the pieces. Plastic hangers for mosquito netting are ok but not the greatest but I didn't use the netting so can only say what I saw. Maybe they hold fine. Although not in the instructions, I completed the gazebo by sitting under it and drinking a cold beer....made it even better!!

The Gazebo is beautiful and exactly what I was looking for. We do not have a tremendous backyard but it fits perfectly - not too big or too small. Assembly was not the easiest since it took 4 of us to hold the sides but the directions were relatively simple.
