1) After I placed the order, I didn’t receive a way to tell when the shipment would be made or how to track it. When I put in my order #, it said order not found. The next day I received 1 pull and not 10. So I ordered 9 more. The pulls were too big for the dresser so I had to return them after I received all 10. Upon returning them, I was informed that 10 more were on the way to my house. So I had to travel 30 mile back to Home Depot to return these. Then after a month, I only received credit for the first 10 and no credit for the second 10. So I drove another 30 miles back to the store to explain that I had not received my second credit and was told to dispute the second charge with my bank. I was livid! This was not my bank’s problem but an issue with Home Depot. When I got upset, the clerk said she did see the second return and finally issued the credit. It was exhausting.

Very difficult to tighten the screws to handles all the way, so some handles feels like slightly loose even after completely tightened.

Item was exactly as advertised, easy to install as a replacement for the older handles, and is what we'll install on any new cabinets we purchase in the future.

These dresser drawer pulls came fast and meet all my expectations...beautiful and they came with 2 different screws to accomadate different needs ! 5 Stars !!

What a difference a new handle can make! This was a simple update that helped bring my cabinets to a nice current look. Crisp look and I like the more elongated style, still fitting my previous shorter length handles.

Not all the pulls were the same length and I had to adapt and re-drill the holes in cabinet doors.

After searching far and wide for this size cabinet pull I was more than pleased when I found these! They are sturdy and very easy to install with two different size screws included. Some others I tried were lightweight and flimsy but these have a great weight to them and make our kitchen look great!
