We bought the bed, matching headboard, and desk. It looks great however after setting everything up in our daughters room we can barely enjoy the furniture as we are literally choking on the toxic fumes it's putting off. The headboard is made entirely out of glued cardboard, after laying on the bed for an hour you're coughing and your throat is burning. I can't imagine what 5+ years of sleeping on this furniture would do to our littles ones. We will definitely be returning all of the furniture as we are worried about our family's health! We tried wiping it down and we keep the window open in her room, nothing is helping and it's been a month now.

Easy to assemble works great for need we had.

This looks great - colour, practicality and wasn’t difficult to assemble. It’s Canadian made which was important to us. Home Depot ordering and delivery was awesome.

We bought this for the second time for our second son. We have two boys with matching beds. The quality is good. We bought our first sons 3 years ago back in 2013 and it looks brand new still. They put their favorite books on the shelves and toys, so it gets a beating from time to time...still looks new! Also it's really easy on put together :) We plan on buying this for a third time for our daughter in 2 years.

This headboard looks great in my son room with the matching bed. It was fairly easy to put together and it looks great. I will let you know that be careful putting it together because it kind of made cheap but it is well worth the price.

Bought the headboard and matching bed. Everything was packaged very well for shipping. Instructions were clear and easy. I like that the headboard is very sturdy even on its own. Only negative has to do with the dark brown color. It shows dust quickly and looks almost black. I'd go with the blue version if I was buying again, but the item itself is great!

The only thing I dont like about it is it comes in a million pieces

This bookcase headboard works great to store lots of the small items my 5 and 8 year old usually take to bed with them. You can easily add a light for reading. Great design. I would buy it again.

Over all we are very happy with the complete set we purchased however I would like to say that the actual shelving that the backer board is nailed to is kinda thin. I'm actually very good at assembling these type of projects but had a problem with nails bulging through when nailed to the shelf. It is noticable but if you are very careful this won't happen. Overall it is a good product for the cost.

We purchased headboard with the matching matesbed for our 4 year old and she loves it. It is constructed quite nicely with the exception of the drawers on the bed. They are tough to pull out for a little girl. Could have done a better job. The bookcase headboard is lovely. Our daugher calls it her rainbow bed. All in all a pretty good purchase for the price.

Great addition to matching bed. We purchased two of these shelves to go with the 2 beds we ordered. Nice for the girls to put their bedtime stories, lamp etc. There is a hole in the middle to tuck through a cord for CD player or light which is nice. These can also be attached to either end of the bed depending on which way you want the drawers on the beds to face. We weren't going to purchase these at first, and I'm glad we did!

Product comes well packaged. It is well design, well tought of for assembly. Assembly easy, and all pieces fit well and no missing parts.

We purchased this headboard with the mates bed. My daughter loves all of the shelves to put books and cds. Good value for the price.

We bought the bed/headboard combintation. The quality of the white finish was disappointing. It looked as though it was recently painted on. It was full of streaks and uneven. Not the solid white finish displayed in the pictures. We returned it immediately

I bought two of the headboards for my daughters. They were easy to assemble. I plan to use metal frames with them since they are for toddlers and I am certain the drawers in the Mates Bed wouldn't last. I did purchase dressers in this same line and was surprised the bottom of the drawers are basically cardboard! The shelves on the headboard are great and it really looks nice.

This bed is great! you can put books, or any other things that you use before going to sleep, and there is lot's of storage underneath to put things away, if it's for children you can put away toys,books whathever you want. Its just great!

I LOVE THIS!! IT IS SO PRETTY. I GREAT PLACE FOR BOOKS AND HAVE IT CLOSE FOR READING AT NIGHT. I LOVE TO HAVE PENS AND PAPER HANDY,TO WRITE A LETTER OR A NOTE. A SAFE PLACE TO PUT MY GLASSES SO I CAN FIND THEM IN THE MORNING...
