The mailbox came without the stand, therefore, it is not useable.

The plastic washer pieces that go under the screws broke while tightening so brown screw caps did not fit. Silver screws show now.

Larger than expected.

The Whitehall mailbox is heavy weight and well made. It is a high quality mailbox compared to the others I have seen. It took me months to find what I wanted and I am so happy

Really like the mailbox look and its sturdy. Pain to install and didn't come with any hardware also holes for hardware were spaced too far apart for a 4x4 mailbox post

This is our second one. The first one lasted 13 years in the hot Hawaii sun. So happy with it we were not hesitant to replace it with the same one! (The finish tends to peel after several years.)

Solid Mailbox an easy to install.

very weak door hinges. would not last long. Had to return to avoid future problems.

Replaced a very similar mailbox perfectly. The door is a little lighter in weight so should surpass the previous mailbox which lasted 18 years before the door fell off. Easy to replace but I had to chip off two sides on the post due to braces on the bottom of the new mailbox. Not a problem.

Returned the mailbox as it was too large for our needs. The quality was very good.

Our entire neighborhood decided to buy this mailbox so all homes would have consistent mailboxes. Less than a year later, all the mailboxes were pitting, paint was peeling off, rain leaked in, etc. We've called the company no less than 6 times and they blamed it on road salt and told us they weren't going to do anything. DO NOT BUY THIS MAILBOX! You will be sorry after the first year

This is a great mailbox. It is bigger than the standard that makes it easy to remove all the mail without scratching your fingers on the edges. It looks great. Two of our neighbors liked it and are thinking of buying it. Don't forget that you need wooden post to be set first. We did not realize it at first so when we installed it was 2 feet tall. Kids thought it was perfect but we decided to make mail-man happy by raising it!
