There was damage , probably from s&h . Door is nice , kind of messy on glass caulking

Door was purchased as part of a storage room rehab. Outswing adds space to the room / glass adds lots of natural light ... and it painted up great!

The door looks nice for the price. However there are visible screw holes around the glass frame that you insert plugs into to cover up. From a distance it isn’t noticeable, but up close you can see where the plugs were inserted.

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this door since I know that some products sold at Home Depot are not the greatest quality but I liked the look and the price so I took a shot. Though I wasn't happy that it took over 3 weeks for it to be ready for pick up I do love the door and fortunately there was no damage. It looks great and I would highly recommend it.

Simply Beautiful, one of your reviews was right. which spurred me on to order the door. It is another window. It open up my world. I call see what's going on just by passing the door. Oddly enough it makes me feel more secure.

The over all door deserves five stars. I left off one star due to the advertisement of the door was poor. It does not state how you are going to use the door. It doesn't make allowances for whether the door will need to open out to the front or open back inside to the house. This is a major point because some like myself uses a security door with beautiful bronze trim. I needed to open this door back into the house. The first order had to be returned due to the fact that the 1st door sent open out, but I have the bronze trim there. Since this review allows for a photo I will pause this review until I can attach a photo. I pray I will be able too because the door with the bronze gate is beautiful. The look is five stars!

Good quality door, for the price. Packaged great. Had a few dents and dings that needed to be repaired before paint. Good overall product.

Great price for such a high quality product I highly recommend. It made my bathroom so bright, it not only looks great and brings in light but saves me on electricity! It’s a beautiful thing!

The shipping crate was a thing of beauty! The door was completely protected inside full height MDF 14inch wide jamb sides. This door went in the RO, leveled up and was fully operational in minutes. The predrilled deadbolt and lockset accepted our hardware beautifully

I was very impressed with door, especially the service I received from H D. The door came in early. The reason ease of installation is average; everything in our house is not easy to install. Would recommend this product.

I like the door well. I had hoped that it's high efficiency rating meant I wouldn't feel cold air coming through the glass, but I can. On the other hand, it added a new window to my house, which is great, and which was the idea. The door was very, very, very, very difficult to install properly, but I think that's true of all outdoor doors. It's just a tough and exact science to get right. The only real problem was that the door was damaged in shipping, and a chunk two fingers wide and deep was chipped off the frame, which we didn't notice until we'd already gotten our original door off.. in December in Colorado. I got a $45 discount as a result, which was easier than reinstalling our old door and waiting for a new one from Home Depot, which they would have sent for free. Lesson: Even though it's a big pain, it could be worth fully opening and inspecting your item in the store.

Great product at a great price!

One month later i have to chase it down to be told that it wont ve delivered after all. Glass breakage. Wondering how many knew and when while me as the customer chasing it down!!

The trim around the glass is polypropylene (PP), which is a PAIN to paint. You need to get an adhesion promoter primer specific to PP. Regular paint stores don't carry it - I had to get mine at an automotive paint store. Once you get the primer, it turns out the stuff is pure poison and extremely flammable, so you can't prime inside the house. On top of that, the PP trim looks cheap and the screw hole plugs are very visible. AND the first door arrived broken bc it was packaged so poorly.

Very good quality door. Happy with everything except it did not come with bronze hinges as in the description. It came with satin nickel. I did have to wait 6 weeks for delivery. But, I was expecting that. The jamb itself looks to be rott resistant.

Generally solid door. QC is a little poor as one of the screws going into the top jamb missed and ended up showing inside the jamb. Didn't notice it until I'd installed it. It interfered with the door closing and I had to cut it off. Works fine now.

Excellent quality and a great looking door. We moved into an old farm house and we replaced an old storm door with this and it looks great

The product never arrived - the delivery company refused the doors because they were not packaged for shipping and clearly completely damaged. They provided me with a freight claim number. I could not get replacements shipped in time so ended up purchasing from a local supplier. The delivery company was spot on and Home Depot customer service provided a refund promptly.
