It was packaged well and I didn't have any issues installing. Would have like to see the locking bolts slightly longer and the top of the door painted heavier. But over it's a good door, wife approves.

Door looks great, very well designed and sturdy. My wife loves the blinds in the windows ( no dusting). Wish the instructions were more detailed.

For the money this is a great door. I only give 5 stars to the Millard doors I buy, however those doors cost $3,500.00. Like I said, great door for the money

Quality door frame was square and door was shipped in excellent packing material no surprises the blinds work well and are easy to operate. The only issue we has was with the threshold delivery service, the shipping company only sent one person and the door had to be removed from the packing material to get into the house if you have an exterior garage this would not be an issue we only had a carport and wanted door out of the elements until installation date. Over all this was a great experience and we are very happy with the results.

This was our second attempt at ordering these exact same doors. The first order was cancelled by Home Depot on the last day of the delivery window. Triple A Cooper said Home Depot cancelled and Home Depot said Triple A Cooper refused them due to damage. Our second order arrived two days ago, after we waited another 6 weeks, and has a forklift sized hole right through the top of the door. Our only option is to reorder per Home Depot. Getting these door in good condition is impossible. Our first order was placed early November and we still don't have working doors. So frustrating!

Product was good and my installer was able to get it installed in about 3 hours. I pleased with the way it was shipped so I knew when delivered the glass was intact. There were several stickers on the glass and these have left residue that I cannot remove and I am disappointed with this. I sent an email to Stevens and Sons for ideas on how to remove this but no answer.

A very good door. I read many customer reviews before buying. This door seemed to have the best overall positive feedback. We have been very happy. The installer was also very impressed with the quality of the door. There was a small problem with the top of the door not completely sealing on the right door - you could see light when the door was closed and locked. The installer put a small piece of material on the door itself and this seems to have sealed it up. He originally wanted to cut the black rubber seal at the point it meets the white plastic object on top of the left door. I resisted that as I thought if it was supposed to cut the factory would have done it. the internal shades work great!

Was installed by professionals. Extremely happy with the doors. Block out a lot of heat and provide privacy. Also have 2 single hung Steves doors with blinds. Highly recommend both style these doors. .

Giving it 4 stars because it's newly installed and we really haven't finished it. We do like it so far, but won't be using the blinds often. The door opens to a screened in patio, and our property is fairly private. The blinds are the only part I see that could fail.

Door quality is excellent, the routed indents for the lockset were not complete - required manual chiseling to finish. Door latch bolt holes are not drilled and plates not installed - required finishing. All in all if you have a few tools & knowledge, the shortcomings were far outweighed by the door quality.

Good quality and easy install. Only problem was that they sent left hand in swing instead right. We took it anyway because of timing.

This door was easy to install and it was exactly what it was exactly as i envisioned.

Good quality door. Has a little extra material on the sides so you can trim for a tight fit. Overall quality is good. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a door with blinds.

The channel for the dead bolt is not deep enough to accomodate a Schlage dead bolt.

The wood and screws on the crating was so bad that I am suprised it got here intact. Broken screws, screwed to far in, stripped.
