Very well made primed steel prehung double doors.
These doors very well made and good quality for the price. Only two minor drawbacks were: 1) very heavy for one person installation, you need at least two persons, 2) solid door (door without handle hole) needs to have top and bottom anchor bolts predrilled holes. Rough-in measurements were perfect and door unit sled right in. Thanks for a good quality door unit and now we'll see how they hold up.

Nice double door, could be better
This door was to replace a sliding barn door on my patio. The door arrived and was dropped off w/o the delivery guys even ringing the door bell to ask where we wanted it placed. The next morning the wind was howling and the door rocking on its pallet. We laid it over to prevent the wind from blowing it over. We built the door into the wall and finally removed the two screws at the top of the jamb that hold the doors closed for shipping. What we discovered was the pre-drilled holes in the door for the latch and handle were misaligned by about 1/2" vertically. No biggie I thought, just drill and chisel the latch portion into the proper spot.. But the edge of the door is an aluminum extrusion with a plastic insert cover. This does not work near as easily as wood would have. With some effort I finally managed to cut the hole into the right location. I really wanted a dead bolt in addition to the locking door handle. I would have liked that as an option in the purchase of the door. I did put one in myself, but the aluminum edge again was a pain to work with and my old hole saws were not meant to cut steel, as I found out in under a minute, with the teeth ground off. A new bimetal hole saw did do the job. Anyway with the exception of those problems, the door is installed and works perfectly and I am happy with it.

A Cheap Door That Does The Job
This door was used to replace an existing double door that was too narrow for my "toys" to fit through. I did not have the height to install any kind of garage door so this was an excellent solution. Demolition and install took about 2 days (only working a half day at most) and was fairly simple with a 4' level. This was my first door install, I am an electrician by trade. My pros and cons are as follows: PROS: Shipping - The shipping company was very good about calling ahead and leaving voice mails. Although the door was ultimately left in the rain, (because the packaging is between 8 and 9 feet tall and could not fit anywhere that was out of the weather) they made every effort to try and prevent that. Pre-hung Door - If you are a rookie to installing doors, this one is pretty easy. After the packaging lumber is removed, you have a 1"X2" wood frame that houses the door. If your wall is framed to the correct dimensions all you have to do is slide the door in, square it up, and zip some screws in to hold it fast and you are good to go. Appearance - I was very happy with how the door looked after it was installed. The door is very cheaply made but you would not know it without looking very closely. Since my install was in an existing building I had to add some pressure treated lumber to act as a frame for the door. Just a thought if you are trying to calculate the cost of your project. Door Hardware - Installing a door knob was really easy. Door is pre-drilled for the knob. The female side (not sure of technical terms, i am just a dumb electrician trying to be a carpenter here) of the door knob slides up and down to line up perfectly to match the other side. I was really impressed with that. Price - No one could come close to the low price ($588 shipped to PA) even with shipping. I know you get what you pay for as you will read in my cons sections, but this door gets the job done on a budget. CONS Metal Door - I would just like to clarify this statement. You are purchasing a WOOD FRAMED DOOR that is WRAPPED with a very thin piece of sheet metal. I am use to commercial metal doors, so I would have to say this door is very light duty. Time will tell as to the integrity of the metal with how well it stands up to abuse. Shipping Time - This door ships from Texas. I thought to myself, there is no way it will really take 30 days to ship. I received a shipping notice about 20 days after I ordered the door. The door is shipped LTL via a carrier I have never heard of. I had the door about a week after I received the shipping notice. All said and done, it was just under 30 days before I had the door. Plan for that. Frame - The frame is made of thin lumber. Not sure if that is a con, but it is worth mentioning if you are installing this by yourself. I had a hard time getting the door perfectly square by myself. I ended up using wood clamps to help me hold the door square until I could get some screws in it. FINAL THOUGHTS - This door was the perfect solution to getting my "toys" in the shed for the winter. Install was not terrible but I recommend having someone help you with install to make life easy. The door is hollow but seems to hold out the cold air pretty well. I would without a doubt purchase this door again and recommend it to anyone who needs a shed door on a budget.

Just Good Plain Steel Double Doors
I wanted to replace the overhead door in my garage workshop with "carriage style" hinged doors, but found they would need to be custom built. I wanted secure, easy to open doors, wide enough for machines and materials, but not needing to fit a car. So this six foot wide pair solved the problem. Had to wait weeks for delivery. They arrived well packed, upright on a pallet. Only small inconvenience, the installation sheet was for a single wooden door. I was able to figure out most issues like adjusting the locking bolts in the astragal. To make sure I had it all right, I called Steves. The tech was responsive and helpful, and also explained that this was a new product and he was working on the proper instructions. As with any door install, but even more with doubles, take the time to get it square and flat so they'll close and seal perfectly. To avoid warp, I stretched strings from opposite corners and tapped until the strings just touched in the middle. In my old garage with less than perfect framing, this all took a few rounds, but the result is worth it.

Shipping is the problem
I would recommend the door itself, however Home Depot made it very difficult to pick up. The door got shipped to the wrong store and the manager of that store agreed to transfer it to another store close to me. Well, 2 weeks later that didn't happen so I went up to that store to pick it up across town. The Homedepot.com pick up process took over 2 hours because it was so chaotic in that store and customer service does not answer the phone. The clerk offered to give me a $50 credit on the door because it was so much trouble to get it and would call me to let me know that happened. Needless to say that didn't happen either. I'm taking my future business elsewhere.

Garden Shed door
The door itself had no major pros or cons. It's installed and functional. It was the process of purchasing it through Home Depot Online and the delivery phases that expired my faith in big box stores.

    Great Value for Door!
The door is solid. This French style door requires 2 people to move it (170 pounds) safely. Not for an amateur to install. An experienced carpenter should do it.

    install instructions not present
install was made harder without instructions - door quality poor - door looks to be repaired on bottom right and part of door frame wood broken off

This is a pretty good door...
All around pretty good value for the price. The white primer is nice. I installed mine on a backyard shed. Remember it does not come with brickmould. Also, mine was a little roughed up in shipping, but nothing was actually damaged, and whoever shipped it just left it sitting in my driveway.- so it might be best to try to be home if you can get notified of when the delivery will take place. I would have liked to see a little bit better locking bolts on the top and bottom, but still, they are ok. Also remember that there is a significant shipping charge, $90 in my case, that you need to figure in.
