Beautiful door. Solid. Heavy. Well done. Smooth opening and closing Great color on point.

The door is a lot darker than it appears on the website. I attempted to go to my local home depot and see the color in person but the staff members were not helpful. Looks good, no damage on arrival but there is basically no packaging around it so you may receive a damaged door.

The door is beautiful and arrive safe after the 3rd time the order was processed and lost. thank you

The door was as advertised and is of excellent quality. Looks fantastic in my house.

Product had one small nick in the front side of the door. They should be more careful in crating. Crating has shrink wrap around side but not the top. So, when it's delivered, better hope it isn't raining. They should do the top, too. But the door is truly beautiful.

Casing was loose and damaged when delivered. Door had minor scuffs but ok. Ordering process was complicated and took several tries by my local Home Depot. Door is veneered not solid mahogany. Bummer. The finish on the door is good but a bit rough on the door jamb. All told a fair value

The prejudge door is beautiful, and was easy to install. The only complaint I would have would be that it came with a 6 inch jamb and there was no place on the order page where you could select a jamb size. Made it work anyway with extra trim.

The door is beautiful however it arrived by delivery without protection on one side of the door and had several scratches and one small gouge all that oeneyrsted the stained finish. Home Depot furnished is a repair kit th fix it ourselves. Dissspointing packaging and handling.

The metal threshold was positioned about 1/4 inch higher than the base of the door frame. Without any instructions included it wasn't clear if there was a piece missing to fill the gap or if this was a mistake. Had to install it anyway. Door looks great, so partially recommend it, just have to figure out how to finish the gap between floor (outside only. Inside extended 1/8 inch below the base of door frame) and metal threshold.

Took about 8-10 hours to put it in. It was about 8 degrees out, when I finished, I could not feel any leaks especially compared to my old door. It was a bit taller than my old door, so it was nice that they included the interior trim. Had to router the lockset pockets a bit deeper to accept the lock flanges. The finish was well done except a 3 inch streak where it got rubbed through in shipping. The door was well built, but the shipping pallet was rushed. It would be a real pulse if they where to include a few packets of the stain / poly they used for touch up. Fit in the back of a suburban, (barely)

Great upgrade, all our guests and neighbors had something positive to say about our new entry door! I wish there were an option to pick a different color for outside and inside.
