Happy with the product. I had to work on it but nothing that I could not do.(Poor workmanship at the factory, this is my opinion.) I made the side glass using 1/4" plexiglass, no need for impact glass.....

The 42” wide door is perfect to get a 10 bushel wheel barrow through. No more busted knuckle for staff! They use this door 30 times a day at our 30 horse stable and training facility. They live the larger size!

A very nice solid door, glad to get in 6" version, made installation with 6" walls and stucco much easier. Everything instore had 4" wall dimensions, which meant more work, not what I wanted. The casing around door and solid sweep is very well made, gaskets around door made for a nearly airtight installation. My door is installed on a fairly large storage space (about 10'x7') from inside no light is visable when door is closed. Door is very well insulated, I spray painted exterior to match the color of my stucco finish, taking the door from a slightly glossy finish to a satin finish, looks nice, hinges are very solid. I'm happy with my door.

Bought this steel door as a security door for the garage entry from the backyard. Existing door was not steel and did not have a deadbolt. New S&S door was good quality and minimal damage/scratches. However, joke for security! Metal door has about 1/2” of wood backed by a small steel plate to support the handle & deadbolt holes. This supported by 3/8” mounding, security wise, is a joke. I “customized” the installation by placing a 14ga 4”x14” metal plate over the handle/deadbolt holes then using a 2”x6” board for molding. I used 3” or 4” screws to complete the job. DELIVERY: Picked up at store. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I felt I was bothering her when I went to the service desk to pickup. Attitude appeared she didn’t want to b there…

I am disappointed with order times to deliver product.

It was listed as having the brick molding but cames with it I had to purchase that in addition after receiving the door

Company stocks wide door, where other companies were custom built and months out for delivery. Thank you for supplying the needed door.

Installer had to cut the frame from six inches to four. I didn’t want to take the door back and reorder because it took too darn long to get. Good quality good install. I’m happy. I guess everything is hard to get these days.

Not perfectly square. Looks good at the cost of more of my time during installation.

Door has just been installed so an in-depth review is impossible. However, initially it appears well made and heavy duty. I am pleased with the purchase.

Well-made door. Shipped in good condition. Looks great upon installation.I’m guessing that due to COVID-19, it took almost 6 weeks for delivery.

Good quality pre-hung door, but the bottom of the door isn’t primed. Also, Home Depot description said brick moulding wasn’t included, but the delivered door included it.

Have not installed yet. Door arrived in excellent condition. The shipping packaging is very impressive. Probably why door arrived in pre-shipping condition. So far would buy again. Hopefully I feel the same after installation. Expect to feel same after having it installed.

The doors arrived on schedule but one was missing the weather strip at the bottom. I called the factory and they sent it out right away and it installed no problem. The doors are hung and function as expected.
