We ordered the hickory tone which is darker than anticipated as it is nearly espresso in color. I appreciate the quality and beauty of the product. I was unnecessarily worried the wood would have less draft protection and durability (vs fiberglass). It is autumn and I can find no drafts around the door. The beveled glass edges add class lending to an impressive and beautiful entrance to our home. I am happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

This door is absolutely beautiful and has quality craftsmanship; It looks expensive. The Glass is beveled around each individual pane. The door comes crated, padded, and wrapped in plastic. I was very impressed with the time and care they took to make sure it got to me in excellent shape. The door is nice and heavy and I have high hopes for it lasting for many years to come! The color is true to the main picture, it's almost a medium Orange-ish/brown(Autumn Wheat). It comes with putty/ wax sticks for the holes once you install the molding as well as a touch up marker for any scratches(which I did not have any). I would recommend this door for purchase based on my excellent experience!

Arrived protected in crate and plastic cover in perfect condition

Shipped early and already installed for two weeks on March 4 the original ship date. All is good!

This is a pretty door, but the frame was warped, and it wasn't something we could tell at the store. This took entirely too long to install because we could not get it plumb, due to the warped frame. We spent a lot of money on the door, and we are disappointed.

Beautiful door BUT it’s for older 2x4 framed houses not 2x6 framed houses. I would recommend it for 2x4 though. It should say in the main description that it’s for 2x4. Took a month to get to us and find this out. Returned it. Company does not sell a kit to fit it to 2x6. I gave it the 3 star because the company or Home Depot should have the proper description on the website.

After shopping at Lowe’s, Menards, online through Google, and two local building supply places, we decided on this door. It was a little bothersome to order online without being able to see and feel the product, but we decided to go for it. Let me say that it was every bit as good as we hoped for and more. Packaging: very well packed with a 2x3 frame and pallet at the bottom. Construction: The door was very solid and heavy. Bottoms of the jamb and brick brickmould were sealed with poly to help prevent water wicking up and creating rot. was preinstalled on the jamb to save a few steps. Finishes: hardware and stain we’re fantastic. Predrilled and already mortised for plates. I highly recommend this door. You won’t get a better one at this price.

The Door it self is beautiful and works perfectly but the color of it is not even close to the picture shown.

The only reason it isn't 5 stars is because the trim wood is only about 2" wide and was not sufficient for my framing needs. So I had the added expense of buying wiser trim pieces to finish the wood, after paying extra for the trim wood that matched my door (instead of the white).

The door is beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. Initially we ordered the door to swing the wrong way. Very easy return and reordered the correct one.

We ordered this product at Home Depot in Dallas. The first door came damaged and had to be returned. After a delay, the second door arrived, only to find out that it is not rated for North Texas. Why do you sell doors that cannot be installed? It was a very disappointing experience, both for the door manufacturer as well as our experience with Home Depot.

It's a bit of a risk buying an expensive door online, however we are thrilled with the results. The carpenters installed it easily. I like that it had a reinforced strike plate option. The lites are great - we can see out, without feeling exposed. It replaced a functional but very boring flat slab door. The finish seems very durable. We love it!

The door itself seems very solid, however, after waiting for four weeks for it to arrive, we discovered that it had inconsistent staining, scratches,etc. i couldn't sent it back because we discovered this after my contractor had ripped out the frame of my previous door. unfortunately we had to fight with home depot, but ultimately they made it right so that we could get our contractor to sand and restain the door. very frustrating experience.

The door is even prettier than the picture you see when ordering and the quality seems really good . If you buy this door be sure to have help when you get it home because it is protected very well with 2x4 crating.
