The entire unit is well made. But some warning, it is heavy and the rear panel is very large. Plan accordingly. Also know that you will want to have access to the side with the shower controls. Our original remodel plans did not allow access and we had to make changes. Installation instructions could be a little more detailed. It is a big improvement over the shower we removed.

We enjoy the steam shower it is very nice to relax in. A few notes we had professional plumbers and carpenters install the unit the installation instructions are very vague and they had an interesting time installing it, And I was not really impressed with the cedar imitation floor planks made of plastic that are sloppy and creaky when you step into the shower they seem cheap compared to the rest of the unit

The spa came with very little as far as assembly instructions, maybe so you will hire an installer. If you are not very intelligent and mechanically inclined, hire the installer.You also need to be strong as the pieces are heavy.When the delivery driver arrived at my house he was not equipped to unload the product, Probably would have been left in the street if I hadn't been home to assist. The circulating fan was broken when we opened the box. However, When I notified home depot of the poor delivery they issued me a credit and when I notified them of the broken fan, they sent a new one, no questions asked and it came right away. The steam shower is wonderful and I think everyone should buy one.
