Easy for kids to handle. My seven year old daughter even took it out of the packaging and assembled it for me!

Love the product and the way it makes my tiles shine without chemicals. Best of all it stands without leaning it against something to keep it from falling. Too many of the steam mops can't. Also, it has an extra long cord so I can clean one or more rooms without unplugging..

I purchased this product when the Shark steam mop we had for 3 years that burned up right before the holidays. the B&D has worked well so far and has a few nice features and extras that come with it, I think the shark still cleans better though. I will wait to see how long this one lasts and most likley buy another shark after this one. These mops clean and disinfect our wood floors great with out the use of chemicals.

its simple to put the water in and empty container you will see how good it works on hard floors for the valve

Works great and heats up really fast! The only down fall is with the mop heads,the stains did not come off in the wash.

I received this in the mail very quickly. I used it to clean my laminate floor in my living room. I was very impressed how quickly it was teady to use and how quiet it was. I like that I can sit it on the pad and it stands alone while I move things around. I also liked how fast the floor dried.

Have used it on two vinyl floors and it cleaned really well. Does not "glide" as easily as the manual makes it sound, but does not take much effort to get a clean floor.
