Nice to have drawers for everything. So I bought three of these and regret it. Within a couple of weeks the sides bowed out enough that pulling draws any more than half-way out causes them to fall off the guides. It can be a real pain to get them back on. I live in New York, not an extreme weather/humidity place.

This is a fabulous purchase and comes fully assembled (except for the wheels). Not only is it a quality piece but adding a few plastic silverware dividers, it’s just what I needed to store my costume jewelry.

Good looking. Good quality. I finally found something to hold jewelry that I like. I bought some anti tarnish cloth and cut it to fit the drawers - perfect!

I ordered this unit for a supply closet in my home office. It's very sturdy and roomy, perfect for the space available! I love the fact that all of the office things are easy to find now.

The online description said in two places that it comes fully assembled. It was NOT at all assembled and the store told me they do not do assembly. Very disappointing! I returned it as I do not have the ability to do it myself.

On the second cabinet sent to our local store, the finish is great and the drawers slide easily. Also, they don't fall out when opened a majority of the way. The carton was well cushioned and it arrived without any defects. When the first cabinet arrived, we were notified that it had been damaged in shipment and to come down and evaluate the damage. The first thing I noticed is the it had a pine finish, not the walnut color that we ordered. Second, much of the upper packing around the corners was missing and there were many small dents all around the top. Maybe someone had dropped it upside down in some gravel? We opted for a new cabinet that arrived in just a couple of days. Can't say anything about the castors, we are not using them. Ours is sitting on a slate floor and is more stable than expected.

This chest is perfect for keeping my jewelry organized and all in view all the time. The only reason I didn't give it five stars on all counts was that the drawers don't have stops or guides -- which isn't a deal breaker because they aren't heavy drawers -- just would have been nice for the price. But overall, I love the chest. It came well packaged -- no signs of any shipping damage. It was extremely easy to assemble -- which consisted of putting on the casters. Finish is nice and just the color I wanted. And by purchasing from Home Depot, I knew I had an easy way to return the item to my nearby store if there was a problem and that HD would stand behind the product.

I needed a very heavy duty storage cart, and this one is perfect. I like that it can be rolled around. The drawers can handle quite a bit of weight. One drawer came damaged and the company replaced it immediately.

Perfect for the intended use. Easy to assemble, looks great, operated perfectly. Recommended.
