The volume is low. Hard to hear the ring and the talk.

The phone was perfect for my Mother. She lives in an Associated Living Facility. The meet her needs and is the perfect size.

Got this cute “relic” for my mom, she loves everything in red, so she loved it! Arrives quickly and as described.

Nice phone. Works well. Ringer is a bit shrill, but if hard to ignore is good, then that can be a plus. Large numbers, firm feel to the press, backlit.

Great home phone... I love it.

Had to return it. Very poor quality. Cheap. Would probably break in a few months. Disappointed.

It was the color I needed and I love the high volume ringer. I can hear it all through the house.

It’s a backup phone for blackouts. We have wireless home phones and the base won’t operate in a blackout. We bought a battery backup but needed this phone for service and it works great

I wish I'd gotten a more expensive phone. Too light weight, way too loud when dialing, and no way to change ringer. So loud it really startles. Love the red color. Wish the cord going to wall was way longer. Luckily, had long gray cord from old landline. But, it was Cheap!

LOVE my new phone!

Such light and cheap quality, but will function as needed I’m sure

This is worst phone I ever bought. It was hard to find wire attachment on bottom and did not sit steadily on the cradle plus the ring on phone was shrill. I had to buy another phone as it was unusable. Paid for 2 phones!!!. Unfair & unhappy.

It looks like a pretty good phone. I ordered it because my mother wanted that style and trim, plus the color. It has been used quite extensively. We have had no issues with it so far. Hopefully it will last us a long, long time.
