Puts out lots of good heat, looks very nice on our patio. Was a bit of a pain to set up and assemble, but now that it is up we have had no issues

This heater was delivered and had a huge dent in the side of the base. This heater was a replacement for a defective heater I received two weeks prior. Home Depot customer service did very little to rectify the issue so I returned it and will purchase a heater for another store. I would not order any of these products from Home Depot. The product provider has a quality issue considering that I received back to back defective products. They also tired to give me a hard time getting refunded for the extended warranty I purchased.

Very easy to assemble. Looks beautiful with my decor outside. Easy to use.

This heater looks great on our back patio. Easy setup, although the manual's pictures are dark to see their illustrations, it's easy to figure out what is being said to do. This units puts out a lot of heat as well.

It did not work at all. I even tried to light it with a long match. No luck. I finally bought another brand from a different store. I returned this one. And I was not able to get a refund of the extended warranty. Very dissapointed

Product performs as advertised. Clear assembly directions. One minor problem that was taken care of immediately. Table is great accessory. Highly recommend the product.

The heater works fine. The table prevents the shroud from being suspended while changing the tank. And the table needs to be raise to the top every time you turn the gas on or off. The deck of the shroud makes a suitable table.
