Solidly constructed. Wish it came with instructions on how to install it. Looked at various methods; chose to drill a hole through the insert, through the sub-floor, and into the floor joists with an All Thread/Redi Rod Thread rod and bolt it rather than use fasteners to secure it. Then, screwed post to insert. Doesn't move! Very happy with how it looks.

You get what you pay for... this was cheaper...
You get what you pay for... this was cheaper than other options and it came with a large internal mounting block which was a plus, but all the miter joints are pretty poor on the trim with large gaps requiring a lot of prep work before painting.
