Purchasing and shipping was very good. Help at local HD helped identify the product and ordering it. Product received on time. Problem was the quality of the bike. Assemblying the brake system was difficult and not correct. Had to take it to a bike shop to rectify . While at the bike shop it was evident that both wheels were out of line and required straightening. Both problems thereby incurring additional cost.

Good bike, good quality, easy assembly but brakes don't work well even when tightened.

Easy to assemble. Didn't even know that Home Depot carried bikes. Best price too!

My son just turned 5 on July10th and I got him this Spiderman bike which he is in love with it. The first bike i ordered we had some issues with the brakes. It kept falling off a the time. My son had it for 2 weeks the back tire tore apart and got a big hole on it. I returened to the store order the same one just because he wanted the same bike again. This time it was really easy to assemle so far its good just hopeing it last longer. Think it is a good but might just be having poor tire quality and any kid will love this Spiderman bike.

Easy to assemble and instructions were adequate, some minor cosmetic damage that we touched up with nail polish. All parts of bike were in the box. overall pleased with the bike.
