We bought this bed in Aug this year for the guest bedroom it hardly gets used... now the side slats are getting bowed and the support beams at the bottom are falling apart... can't use the bed now....

In store pick up was easy (wouldve been nice to know it was shipped in two boxes though). The bed was easy to assemble and is sturdy.

All parts were in place and the instruction guide was very easy to follow. I wish they had given more pre drilled holes than having us do it. But overall very happy with the product.

I had a lower back pain so I need a extra firm mattress. However, the firm mattress is either too expensive or not firm enough. I found this product and the board supports a mattress top as a cushion really well. It is a very good substitute for an extra firm mattress. Assembly takes more work than expected. It requires hammer and lifting heavy board. It took 2 hours for two persons. I would appreciate if some holes are drilled so we don't need to nail by hammer. Overall I liked it a lot.
