Perfect Replacement Shower
This was the perfect choice to replace our old garden tub. The price was reasonable, installation was straightforward and the finished product is much nicer than we expected. The walls and shower pan are sturdy and the crosshatched pattern on the floor is slip proof, but still feels nice on your feet. It was a good choice for us. One minor problem: the shelves are smooth and slightly slanted, so soap, shampoo, etc, slide off easily. We put a small piece of drawer liner on each shelf to keep things in place.

Missing and broken parts
I purchased this unit 60×34 to replace my shower. Took a month to receive, and when it did, 1 side panel wasnt attached to the pallet and arrived with a broken corner. I contacted manufacturer and they sent out a replacement. Waited 2 weeks for it to arrive. This past weekend i started installing and unpackaging the rest as i install it. After i got the plumbing done and base set, i noticed the other side wall never got sent out with my order and one of the shelves arrived damaged as well.

When I ordered a specific size enclosure,I expected it to be that size not have cut down the walls. The directions were generic for all applies and vague. Biggest complaint was not being able to in touch with the company for questions. Tried by phone and email more than once with no response

Just had installed. Looking very nice! Had a claw tub...
Just had installed. Looking very nice! Had a claw tub which is impossible for someone with disability to get in and out of. This is ideal. Budget friendly.

i live in a house with 2 baths ,,for 14 years ,maybe took a bath 5 times ..so i took out one bath and re did my other bath room it looks great and i have 2 showers ..dream line was a god sent .and it cost very little .. thank you DREAMLINE..

Poor quality. I am struggling to return the product. But Home Depot customer service is bad. I have been over charged for this product. Home Depot offered to give me store credit of 85$ for this product for which they cheated me 730$. Extremely disgusted with this purchase.

dont bother buying this shower set
Iam a contractor an i juts did an install of two of theres shower sets Save your time and money people. The shower pan is great but the walls are like paper. They will be a problem in a few moths.

Thank you for your feedback. DreamLine's acrylic wall panels are thin by design so that they can be trimmed to size on site. When adhered properly to the backer board, we can assure you that the installation will be secure and water tight.
