If you have have an I beam or LVL beam...
If you have have an I beam or LVL beam and need to connect 2x10 joists to it, this hanger is definitely a good choice. It is ridgid and easy to install.

didnt fit properly
After attaching the hanger to the header board, i installed joists and the were 1/8-1/4” above the header. Stupid.

Wrong height
When you nail top flange and lay in the 2 x 8 there is 1/4 - 3/8 of joist still exposed too high
