Bought two of these fans for a condo with moisture problem in master bath. They are super quiet (a small light inside the cover lets you know when they are running), but pull a huge amount of air. If you close the door just touching the jamb, and turn on the two fans they will draw the door open about 2-3 inches.

If you're looking for quiet, this is it. It's not silent, but for 110cfm this is about as quiet as you can get for a very reasonable price. It's not the most stylish piece I've ever seen, but hey, it's a ceiling fan, how often are you looking up at it? The sound is detectable in a quiet bathroom, but just barely, like a white noise sound, 1000x better than the builder fan we were replacing. We installed two of these. Installation went ok with some glitches. The vent and electrical connections were fine, the actual mounting brackets were a a bit flimsy and don't give you many options. The fan I was replacing was stud mounted, as are most original builder installations. The only mounting option provided is to center (or off center but not directly stud mount) it between studs which would have meant closing the existing hole and cutting a new one. That's A LOT of extra time and work. So, I had to improvise and put some sheet metal screws cautiously through some parts of the housing where they weren't supposed to go and jimmy some of the brackets around, bending off some the mounting tabs and flipping them around. But ultimately I was able to make it work, its mounted solid and its working great.

These bathroom fans are wonderful and quiet !

Good fan ,pretty quiet,durable,if need to change out down the road, easy to swap the guts and not have to mess with the housing/framing .

Excellent product Low noise and high efficiency

Delivery was quick. The extra packing of the Delta package inside of a Home Depot package saved the product from shipping damage. Whew! The outer package had rips, tears and crumpled edges. The 110 cfm fan is quieter than the 80cfm I bought a month earlier. Be sure to use 4" vent pipe (I had no choice with the 80 cfm and a long 3" pipe). I will be buying another one to replace the laundry room/pantry fan! As a recently retired machinist I am impressed with the design, function and durability of the three Delta Breez fans I have. My oldest one is three years old. Thank you Home Depot for carrying these!

Super quiet, easy installation

Replaced the exact same fan. Makes it really easy. Pull the guts. Three screws.

Quiet and easy to install

Very glad I went with the .3 scon noise item. It did get a little louder when I hooked up the recommended 4" output line, as the air being pushed through creates a rumble.

A very well designed and constructed fan. It is very quiet considering the airflow, although it is not silent. I also have the 50 CFM unit in another bathroom. Both are rated at <0.3 sones, but the 50 CFM is barely audible. This unit is audible, but not objectionable. It keeps the walls in a 50 sq ft shower room dry.

Easy to install and quiet.

I purchased this fan to replace a Delta Breeze 80 cfm fan. The fit was perfect and this fan is much more powerful. Still absolutely quiet and smooth. This is a real quality product at a great price.

Love that it is very quiet but difficult to install a retrofit. Wish it had a humidity sensor.

Easy to install and very quiet when it is on. Met our needs for our small 50 sq. ft bathroom. It pulls all the moisture from the air when we shower.

This fan blade is not solid. It was broken just after the warrant expire, means just after three years. That caused its motor broken. I have bought new one to exchange the motor. No warranty for blade?

The fan works great. The only complaint I have is that the cover looks cheesy

The performance was good, and noise level good. However, retrofit installation could be simpler designed. I did a retrofit installation in my other bathroom with another brand, Panasonic. It surprised how much easier the installation was than this Delta model.
