Easy to install and worked perfectly. Mine started leaking and this is the only one that I could find that fit it exactly. Actually looks better than the old one.

It looked like it was going to be tricky to reach up and remove the existing hose connection, but had the water turned off, pulled the leaking sprayer out, installed the new one, and water back on in less than four minutes. So, that worked.

Didn’t fit. Be careful when ordering Delta parts. Universal is not always universal. I was able to return it to Home Depot and found the correct one in store.

This is junk. It did not fit my Delta faucet's fitting so I had to discard it. Delta is no longer a decent brand of faucet. Dump them.

Sprayer arrived on time as promised. Although it is not an exact match for my old sprayer the finish matches my kitchen faucet perfectly. Had a little trouble getting it to connect at first but it works as it should and no leaks nor any other problems. Service and communications were excellent. A very good buying experience.

Good product. Initially, I had difficulty getting the quick connect fitting to engage.
I found that a plastic collar and an O-ring from the old sprayer somehow got stuck on the shaft underneath the faucet. Once I removed these old parts from the old shaft the new fitting connected easily.

The hose is a little stiff for the weight of the head, but overall this does a good job and feels pretty sturdy.

Due to packaging, the hose can stiffen up; however, by laying the hand shower down to the floor and turning the water on at the hottest setting for 1–2 minutes, then allowing a rapid cool down with the coldest water for 1–2 minutes will allow for the material to stretch.
