The canopy itself was easy to install and held up...
The canopy itself was easy to install and held up well for our purposes. However the bag it was in was ripped when we got it. I called and they sent a replacement bag which was slightly different and the metal structure just barely fits inside with a lot of struggling so I’m sure this bag will not hold up for very long. Very disappointed.

Flimsy and un stable even when weighted down
I bought this a couple weeks ago, first problem was the wrong canopy was shipped to me. A replacement was sent which was good but after just setting it up and using it 2 times its destroyed. I purchased the weight kit for it as well but the canopy was so flimsy the wind bent the posts, picked it up and hurled it across my yard and almost over the fence onto the street. Needles to say it unusable now. I cant even collapse it down. The velcro on the sides of the cover ripped off and are sill attached to the frame.

Not quite as advertised
This canopy goes up easily. A while after putting it up, I decided to check the size, while it is listed as 12' x 12', the actual dimension at the bottom of the legs is 10'2" x 10'2" and the canopy up top is smaller than that. The top isn't very tight, partly as a result of the velcro strips to attach at the corners are too short to work properly, and the material stretches to collect water when it rains.

One of the hinges on the legs was already broken...
One of the hinges on the legs was already broken and we needed to return it. It seemed like a sturdy system, but it came broken.

I bought this to use in front of our Wound...
I bought this to use in front of our Wound Healing Center as our screening tent for Covid-19. It has been up for 6 weeks in all sorts of weather, including high winds and driving rain. It has held up very well with no issues.

It was a simple process to set up... quality was as expected.. We had a rain during the use of the canopy and it held the rain out just fine. its light weight and easy to put back in the bag. The bag has wheels so its simple to move around. Happy with my purchase.

Best PopUp
I purchased the 21 x12 and put it up the other weekend. I was very pleased with the construction as I have had several other manufactures and this is by far better quality. Would I buy another one from here absolutely.

Good for construction
So far this canopy is standing up to the extreme conditions, and rugged handling on our construction sites. Everything about the product is more durable than the other canopies that we have used through the years. One canopy we purchased, more expensive than this product, lasted us only one month before the frame bent and the canopy ripped.

Great for tailgating!
Perfect size for tailgating - 10X10 would be too large in many parking areas, and hard to find a 9X9. White color looks good - needed a neutral color to take to 'Bama and UVA games. Very easy to use - one person can set it up. Does not seem very durable, but it's priced accordingly.

Great Product
This canopy was just what we needed. It sets up in a snap. Can be taken down quickly and fits back in the storage container. In the bag it is moderately heavy but once you have it out it is light and easy to use. The bag has wheels so it is not a problem to move it around before set-up. I would recommend this to anyone and would buy another one if needed.

Bought two of these and both of them were defective in the same place.
We bought two of these for an event. Both of them had the same defect in the same area with the leg not having the proper latch. Had to "repair" the leg in the same area to make it work as we didn't have time to return the defective product.

Great while it lasted!
It served us wonderfully last summer. We put it up several weeks ago and now it's all twisted and the canvas ripped to shreds. A storm came through our area and totally destroyed it. We had some fairly severe storms last year with no problems so we don't know if it the canopy wasn't as strong this year or what but right now its in the trash.

Excellent lil' tent!
This canopy is great. One minor problem- I had the product delivered and when I opened it, it contained the wrong canopy size. However I called the manufacturer (ShelterLogic) and they apologized and immediately sent the correct one to me at no charge (and let me keep the wrong sized one- i.e. I didn't have to ship it back to them).
I love any company based on these three criteria:
1. Excellent quality.
2. A human answers the phone when you call them.
3. They fix a problem immediately.
This company meets all three!
