Customer Reviews for Sharp Plasmacluster Air Purifier with HEPA Filter

Sharp False Advertizing says it has 3 stages of filtration,wrong. YOU get a cheap charcol filter that falls out nothing to hold it in the air cleaner,and a heapa filter. NO mesh prefilter. I bought 2 of these both just alike. Have called Sharp at least 15 times and no help.When i confronted them with the false adverising they were like Oh well. Expect to buy hepa filers every 6 month or less because the air basically goes around the charcol filter straight thru the hepa. I have never seen a company who refused to except their faulty design and try to help there customers. They did send a new hepa filter but that was it. If you take you finger and push the charcol filter in and turn the machine on at the same time the air flow will hold it in. Will never buy another sharp product of any kind. They really could care less about there products or their customers.The sharp web site is where they were false advertizing the information about this purifier.
