Great price for size
Sale priced and mailed to home with no problems. Kind of funny as I just had bamboo installed and now covered over with this rug.

Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 to 2 weeks on its own, however, if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend placing a dampened towel over the area and pressing with a warm iron to steam. This is the method we use in our facility to remove creases from the rug. You may also lightly mist the backing, and allow the rug to dry thoroughly before turning it back over, do not soak. Thank you

The rug never lays flat. The sides lift up and it has rubbles throughout. I tried taping it down and it won't lay flat.

You may try lightly misting the backing and allowing the item to dry thoroughly before flipping it back over. This can help the natural jute fibers relax. Please also refer to the flyer that was sent with your product to help with these issues. Thank you for the review.

Unfortunately, this carpet seemed faded in some parts of it, and one end the color was much deeper, and there was a defect on the bib, much like something was pressed against it. I tried to see if I could get the nap raised, but the crease was too great. Looked great in the advertisement.I was disappointed because I hired someone to lay it for me and to return it to the store, and I was out that money; however, I have to say, Home Depot was true to their word, and took it back without question, and gave me full credit. I couldn't ask for better treatment.
