Love my new door handle, was able to deliver to Home Depot and they re-keyed it, was just a little challenging to get both handles off with the key pick to change directions, but once that was done was easy to install. It is nice and sturdy and I am going to change out my security screen handle with this too.

I bought 5 of these door levers about 18 months ago. Two of them broke - I can open the gates only by moving the lever upward rather then downward. I called tech support 3 (three!) times. Every single time, "due to high call volume", I was instructed to leave a call back number yet no one called back. So now I'm stuck with 2 lever with "life time guarantee". There is zero support and no life time guarantee.

The Honeywell brass Lever looked very well on my French doors. They give the doors a rich look.

Great handles, fairly easy install. I was replacing round handles that I hate, and these worked great!

It was just what I needed to finish replacing all the door handles in my home. Service and price was exceptional.

Easy install; good quality; love the design, so much simpler to open a door when your hands are full. Quick delivery time was a bonus.

Really pleased with the product. They were far less expensive than other brands, I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. They are well made and were easy to install. I thought for the price they would look cheap but au contraire they are quite lovely. The only problem we have is that we haven't figuire out how to change the level around so the scrolls are facing the same way (either up or down) but to be fair we haven't spent a lot of time trying yet
