doors are flimsy, stapled together, had to put metal l brackets in the corners to prevent from warping / leaning. screen is not in a removable aluminum frame as the company describes, you must remove the screen to paint or stain the door and by a special tool to replace the screen with a rubber gasket. i rebuilt the door!

This didn't even last 3 months before it started falling apart. Cheaply made. Screen wasn't put in proper or tight it was coming out the seams 2 days in. Wood panels at the bottom just fell out. Not worth the money I could have done a better job in fact I will by just building my own door.

Bought a different model (no longer offered) this summer. Looks nice but the finger joints in the styles aren't glued! Will have to replace the fragile screen this Fall so I'll take care of it then.

The door was exactly the style I was looking for and was easy to install. Painting was the most time consuming part of the project. Door is well made and durable

For the money this door isn’t bad. Delivery from Home Depot was right on time & we were able to pick it up at the front of the store. Let’s first say the construction isn’t made to stand up to heavy weather or traffic so we reinforced it with a few metal t-braces at the corners & wood across the center where people tend to push on the door to open it. All in all after it was painted on the outside to match our screened gazebo, it looked really good & will stand up to our renters in what is shaping up to be a busy summer season. We rent our home on Airbnb.

the design is attractive but the quality is lacking and doesn't appear to be very durable, the first door we picked up was defective.

Quality of construction left a little to be desired. Joints sure could have been much tighter and screen could have been trimmed better.

I purchased this screen door thinking it would be the easiest to install a large pet door on. I have not finished the install when I do I will update my review.

Too cheaply made. Can barely stand by itself without breaking. Not useful.

when U>P>S> dropped the door off it was in pieces. and i mean pieces

It was not manufactured/assembled properly. It was much, MUCH tougher than acceptable. Complete garbage. And, it was relatively expensive.

This came in such poor shape, I should have just sent it back. But, I didn't have the time to wait to get a door on our patio. What a total piece of crap though. It had huge gouges from something; there were splinters all over it, and it wasn't square. I had to pain it, and spent around 8-hours filling holes, sanding it down, caulking cracks, and paining it. It still only looks fair. Then, after a week being up, I notices the tendon joints were coming apart. So, of course they're willing to take it back, but then do what? Maybe I get another and it's just as bad? I already spent 2-days on the thing. Now it'll likely take 2 more for a job that should have just been a few hours. This should havfe never left their store. Thanks Home Depot. You care so much...

Door is too flimsy

Guess I got what I paid for. Expected better quality. Spent way too much time filling holes and splits, and sanding it smooth enough to paint

door is warped at the lower left side. It actually sits inside the door frame by approx. 2 inches. Fits good at the upper area and the top, didn't notice this untill after I had cut to fit and painted the door.

Door was warped at the bottom left corner. It sits inboard to the frame approx 1 1/2 inches.
