Matched the style of existing hardware perfectly from 17 years ago - thanks for not changing everything just because you can. Strange that the bed / bath knobs were $5 cheaper than the hall / closet knobs at the time of purchase, but other than that, these are solid performers. Similar Kwikset privacy knobs have screws exposed on the outside of the door - doh!

I needed to replace a 25 year old latchset. This replacement fit perfectly. It works really well and didn't require any modifications to the door. It comes with both types of rod/catch. One to fit a rectangle recess in the edge of the door. The other to fit just the round opening. So this makes it versatile for many types of lock replacement. It has a feel of a solid well built assembly. The only difference from my previous set is the lock plunger is in the center of the inside knob instead of a button in the facing ring on the door. I plan on buying this again as other latchsets in my 25 year old house quit working.

I had a full master bath renovation and needed to change out an old antique brass doorknob on master closet with a new chrome set. I chose this one due to appearance and price and it needed to coordinate with my glass knob/chrome dummy door knobs on double doors to master bath. I was very pleasantly surprised with purchase - heavy, good quality materials with great chrome finish. I gave it to the renovators to install and they did a great job with no complaints. I would recommend this product to a friend with no hesitation.

Exactly what we needed. Matched our existing door knobs and was easy to install.

I bought these to replace some (but not all) of the Schlage Orbit Knobs that were installed in our home when we built it 30 years ago. Besides the privacy knobs, I also purchase Passage Knobs. The knobs were easy to install, and work well, however there were some problems. The new knobs had a larger diameter that the old ones. (by about 3/16ths in.) Since the size was different (and noticeable) I had to spend more time jockeying the knobs around, so knobs of the same size were all in the same room/rooms. We have a total of 30 doors in our home. In addition, About 1 of four knobs had little dents in the portion of the knob that is the flashing that goes against the door. By moving the piece around I got most of the dents to point toward the floor (so not readily visible, but not all. I wish I had the opportunity to inspect them all before purchasing, but it was not an in-store item.

I purposely made sure that this set came with a round-cornered mortise latch... only to get one with square corner latch and strike. So frustrating! The website should reflect their stock!

Just what I needed! Easy to install..

Easy to install. Had to replace bathroom doorknob after 2 year old grandson pushed locking button in so hard it fell inside knob and couldn’t be retrieved despite disassembly. Gotta love ‘em!

I bought this door knob as a replacement to my bedroom door. All of our door knobs in the house are builder-grade and not the best quality. I was really surprised how hardy, sturdy and very well made the door knob was. Very easy to install, even if you've never installed a door knob before.
