Great product. High quality and easy to install.

a little high price, delivery inconsistent. Al, locksmith? at Santa Ana on McArthur store is very nice and good employee. He explained to me clearly what is good, helped me to select items and also rekeying all locks perfectly. Al should be employee of the week or the month.

This was an exact match for the 30+ year old handle/lock set that I was replacing. The only difference was the need to drill a hole thru the door where the bottom of the handle attached. The old one was attached with a screw entering from the outside, whereas this one attached with a screw entering from the inside of the door. Overall, it was very easy to swap out the two sets. The new one looks great and appears to be the same level of quality as the old one.

Easy to install. It was a replacement and it just got into the original holes.

Ugly bolt on inside of door. Would never purchased if I was shown this ugly attachment. This lock is also cheap So sorry I made this purchase.

Excellent quality, I replaced a previous lock set that was about 16 years old ... this finish should wear longer than the previous set....this is an updated design and seems more secure than my old lock set....only took about 25 minutes to swap out the old lock with the new lock...

We received the commercially packaged version which was several grades higher than our old one that we replaced after 13 years

Handleset is nice looking and installed fairly easily. It did require some minor drilling to secure the external handle to the door. Even though I was replacing a similar Schlage handleset, this newer handleset requires a screw to go all the way through the door, and then to hide the screw head on the inside of the door with a small, circular face plate. Not a big fan of this new setup as it seems a bit hackish. But my biggest concern right now is that the internal thumb turn of the deadbolt assembly has become quite loose with too much wiggle room. I've had the product for about six months and I worry that over time, this piece will continue to wear out until it breaks off. This is one area I'll have to keep a close eye on and leverage the warranty should it become necessary. I had a similar issue with my last handleset. I just worry about the longevity of these products.

This set replaces an older (20+ yrs.) front door lock set. Went in easily, looks and works great!

Almost matches the previous handle set, but is a little larger and doesn't line up with the previous holes. No problems so far. Well made product.

This product was easy to install and looks very nice. My only comment is that the mechanism is not exceptionally smooth as I had hoped when you open the door with the "thumb pushdown". You can feel some "rubbing" between internal parts.
