I've only had the product for about a month but seems to be firm. I'm not sure if it's worth the price but only time will tell. I bought this door handle because I own a franchise and corporate required these specs, but I do believe you could find a similar product for half the cost.

If you have a commercial door, use this handle! It lasts about 4 years in my restaurant restrooms, (3) doors.
