It took me a while to find a 6' tub that was narrow enough to fit in the space we had. This tub fit the bill perfectly. It is an extremely deep tub, we worked with Universal Tubs on the delivery and they got us the proper drain kit mailed out. Couldn't be happier, installation is almost complete. The Tub was well packaged.

These tubs are made to order in Miami, FL, so come with the quality you would expect from US based production. The customer service is excellent - I had forgotten to order a drainage assembly unit and Universal Tubs contacted me directly to confirm the specifications and alerted me to this fact. 100% recommend.

The tub looked nice but it had a crack in it, probably from shipping company because about 4 other boxes was leaning on it. This is after waiting over 2 weeks for it to come.

Very sharp looking. The legs were off balanced but easy to fix.

Wasn't the right size.

The look is exactly what we were going for. However, in the specifications, it does not note that the bath spout (should it be mounted to the wall) needs to be a longer than normal size due to the width of the front edge of the tub.

I initially ordered an American Standard Acrylic tub but it came dented. This gave me time to realize I wanted different dimensions and so went with the Universal. But the Universal Acrylic is soft and difficult to clean and doesn't hold heat for long and has no porcelein coating like the AS

The tub was cracked at the overflow.

While I'm happy with the tub and its aesthetics, I was disappointed with the customer service as well as some hidden costs. The company that actually supplies the tub called me to confirm shipping information, and then informed me that the tub did not come with an overflow kit. I was then told that the overflow kit was between $150 and $175. I saw no indication on the HD website when purchasing the tub that this was not included and was required for installation. Then they sent me a shipping confirmation that the they had shipped the tub on time. When I checked the tracking, it indicated that it was shipping to the wrong state. I followed up and they said they had messed up and attached the wrong shipping confirmation number. They gave me a new one over the phone. The tub arrived 5 days later than they had originally indicated. I never did receive an updated and official Home Depot delivery notice with the correct shipping number. I suspect that the company entered a false number and confirmation of shipment to meet some requirement with its contract with Home Depot. ie: indicating the tub shipped on time, when it really did not... Happy with tub, not happy with hidden costs and customer service.

Worst piece ever! Cheap material, cheaply built. Cheap. Returned!
