Buyer be ware!! Actual product is not what you see in the photo online
The product I received does not match the photo included in this item's listing, despite both the internet number and product name matching what's listed on the site. The product I received does not contain a back awning (despite what's shown in the photo) and the product I received is a dark tan color, not white. I paid $100 more for what I thought would include an awning to help extend the coverage, but this listing deceives the consumers.

Gazebo
Love our new gazebo. Not the original that we ordered; that one was on back order till September. They UPGRADED us to this one and we just LOVE IT. Thank you Home Depit for enhancing the beauty in our backyard

Good so far
Set up was straightforward. You will need at least two people. I had three and it took us about 90 minutes. I screwed it into my deck for added stability. I am wary about two things. One is the strength of the roof "joists". They seem a little flimsy. Two is the quality of the roof material. It is not the strongest material. For the winter we will take the top off and leave the structure as we have done with every gazebo we have owned. Next spring will be the true test. Love the size. Price was fair at $399.00

We bought this 13 x 10 canopy after our original 10 x 10 canopy bit the dust during a snow storm ...
We bought this 13 x 10 canopy after our original 10 x 10 canopy bit the dust during a snow storm because we neglected to take it down that year and it imploded. The pros: It's sturdy, I love the fact that it's a little bigger because it gives us the ability to walk around the 6 person table/chairs we keep under it, it does a good job keeping the rain and bugs out. The cons: The actual canopy cover is about 2 inches too short making it impossible to easily take it off and put it back on. By year 2, the space right above where the canopy attaches to the frame shredded when we tried to stretch it over the corner. Probably because it had spent two seasons out in the elements and it had just broken down over time. This wouldn't be a big deal but buying replacement parts will literally drive you crazy because Home Depot has them backordered because Hampton Bay apparently doesn't make them that often/anymore. We had to toss the canopy cover at the end of 2015. I spent all of 2016 trying to buy a canopy cover ANYWHERE online to no avail. Home Depot originally said they were on backorder and would be available in May 2016. Then July 2016. Then August 2016. Finally they were available at the end of September 2016 and I luckily got ahold of one but it was so late in the season that we didn't put it up until yesterday (May 2017). We just found out that mice chewed through the netting for the sides while it was in storage but guess what, Home Depot doesn't sell it anymore. It's not on backorder even... they just don't sell it at all. *sigh* We've had this canopy since 2013 and the frame is still perfect. I love how big the canopy is but had I known it would literally be impossible to easily buy replacement parts, I would have never gotten it.

Product is inferior. I purchased 19 months ago. the support arms for the roof canopy have corroded & broken. I have purchased 3 canvass top replacements. The RipLock500 finally works (by Garden Winds) but they had trouble matching the correct size.

Easy Up?
Other than the included wrench being too small to go on the nuts, assembly was easy. Directions were more complicated than they needed to be.

Nice purchase
The price tag is a bit out of range for this product. But, if money isn't a concern, then buy it. I can see that I will need a new canopy in a year or so as the stitching isn't tight enough at the seams. Serves a purpose. Not real hard to assemble, but 3 people would be best.

13x10 Canopy
Order on line and was delivered to HD store. Pick up was easy. Installed in a few hours with some help. Bought ir thinking it was a match to the 10x10 I had bought year ago. It is close match but is different. After installing am happy with the purchase and waiting to see how it weathers over the summer.

No replacement parts for the frame if past the 1 year warranty.
I would move on to another canopy and manufacturer that will have replacement parts for purchase even after the warranty is expired. Loved this canopy until one to the supports broke. Disappointed about the replacement parts.

good at first...
I bought this gazebo in 8/2016. It was great when i first put it together. Looks really nice on my deck, and is very helpful with keeping the hot sun off the deck and out of the living room windows. Recently, the canopy and upper canopy framing received severe damage due to high winds. I wasnt expecting the wind, otherwise i would have taken the canopy off the frame beforehand. To be fair to Pacific Casual (manufacturer), the warranty clearly states that natural acts are not covered, and the owner manual clearly states that the canopy should be removed before severe weather and high wind. I was able to repair the frame on my own. The issue, and basis for this review, is the trouble in getting a replacement canopy. Home Depot does not carry them. At least not currently. In fact, HD customer support directed me to Pacific Casual. Good luck getting an actual person on the phone. First off, their hours are wrong. Their website says they open at 6:30am PST. They actually open at 7:30am. I call back at 7:30am... Wait in the queue for about 7 minutes... A person answers claiming to be PC customer service. I simply state that i want to purchase a replacement canopy. Im told that nobody is there to "process my claim" and i need to leave my contact info and should receive a call back within 48 hours. I begin to give my info, then, for clarification, i again state that i'm not filing a warranty claim. I simply want to purchase a new canopy. Im then told that i would have to call back after 15 minutes (making it almost 8:00am) in order to actually speak to someone, because who i am actually speaking to is an answering service. I find that odd, but, ok. I decide to hang up and call right back... This time going directly to the operator, instead of customer service... No answer. My point to this is that, if you value quality customer service, beyond the HD 90 return policy, i would go with a different manufacturer.

Cover lasted less than 1 year
I have contacted the company to see about warranty on cover. Was hoping to get a couple years of use out of the canopy however the cover lasted less than a year before it began to rip. I have contacted the company to see if they will warrant the product. It is a nice looking product but why buy a canopy where the fabric will not last for a year of sun exposure in southern California. We will see if they stand behind there product performance and what there customer service is all about. If the company does not think that the cover should last at least one year do not purchase as you will end up with a nice looking canopy that has inferior fabric cover for the top. We will see if the warranty is worth the paper it was written on.

Canopy
I only had this canopy for 3 months and it looked beautiful but collapsed just the other weekend. I returned it in store and went online to get another one since they don't sell it in store but the price is now marked up for more than I paid for it. It looks great but don't expect it to hold up with just a little bit of weather! Hoping to find another that I won't have to pay $100 more just to replace it.

Met all my expectations
This is the perfect size and fits beautifully on our 10x20'patio. Assemblly for my husband and myself was a little longer than 30 minutes, more like 4 hours. But it was worth it. All hardware came as needed and the quality of the canopy is excellent

Excellent
This was easy to put together. It took about 3 hours from start to finish-you will need 2 people at times.
Products is excellent, we love it and use it often. It looks great too. Great space for coming out of the sun during the day, and a great place for keeping away from the bugs at night.
Would recommend this product.

better than expected
I was hesitant getting a gazebo at the beach. I chose this one because the support posts looked sturdy and they are. Very good quality for the money. I am pleased with it. The netting slides well on the tracks and is easy to attach to the clips. I was a bit surprised on how many screws/ bolts there were. It was annoying that the bolts were 13 mm so I wasn't able to use my ratchet. Be sure to have the support posts straight. I was going nuts when it was all finally put together and one leg was a foot off the ground.?!?! I finally realized after disassembling the top frame twice all i had to do was kick one of the support legs outwards. You will definitely need at least 2 people, maybe three at the end. A 6' ladder is a must!
We have it set up at a beach house. 2nd house back from the ocean. The backyard is fairly well protected, but it still gets wind. We had a storm that had sustained winds of 40 mph with higher gusts. It held its own pretty well. I have it set up on a brick patio. It is not anchored to the ground. During the storm I put 5 gallon buckets of water on two of the support footings and it didn't move at bit. After a couple hours of wind I got nervous did remove the covering. It comes off quick. (you will need the 6' ladder again.)
It probably would have made it but I wasn't taking any chances.
Everyone who has seen it loves it.
I had it shipped to my local store for free. The box is 8' long and is a little over 100 lbs.

Good canopy
The canopy is solid and good quality. Assembly took longer than expected and requires 2 people and a ladder.
Complaint ... this canopy requires a specific 13x10' replacement which seems very hard to find. (we replace the fabric canopy every 1-2 years due to harsh weather). The only place found is GardenWinds online which has the canopy on back order and are $149.
