I've been using this pump for a couple of months now & it's WONDERFUL !!! Easy installation without having to break up the concrete (biggest plus) & it just works great I guess the only thing would be if it was bigger then it wouldn't cycle as often? But it's quiet & I love it.

We do not have a first floor shower in our home. This presented a problem when my mother in land recently broke her hip and moved in with us. Bought this used it as part of a temporary 1st floor bathing/showering station that I constructed for her. This pump enables drain water from the shower to be pumped up to 1st floor clothes washer drain near the bathing station. Extremely easy to install. Automatically turns on when drain water enters the pump and turns off when the water is pumped out to the house drain line.

Easy to assemble. The previous one lasted about 8 years with heavy use this new one was to replace it. It works fantastic

Saniflow shower pump was very easy to install and operates very efficiently.

Ordered online with ZERO issues. Picked up at the store with ZERO issues. Called Saniflo with a couple questions due to I’m not a plumber. Answered them and explained the answer on my level. Very happy.

The device is fine but the directions were abysmal. The pictures have Roman numerals on them and the instructions have Arabic numerals for each paragraph. There is a parts list carefully numbered with no description of what the parts. The plug that needs to be cut out for the vent is shown in two different places in two different drawings. I hope the grade school kid who complied the directions got minimum wage.

I installed it a month ago in my new shower, so far it is working pretty well. Hope it is some that last long. Drain the water pretty well and it is very silent. I’m giving 3 stars because It is new product to me.

The pump works well. It would have been good to know ahead of time that it needs to be 5" below the tub/shower. And that it has to be directly vented to a plumbing stack.

So far the unit is working properly.

Works great with a vertical lift of 6’ and a horizontal run of 16’. Easy to install and no issues to date.

I installed this pump two and half years ago in my basement for the wastewater from one shower and two sinks. It has been working fine. One thing that should be mentioned is that one should consider to connect the vent pipe on top of the pump to somewhere connected to a real vent for the house. I didn't pay attention to this issue so there is always a minor bad smell in that bathroom due to the odor coming out the pump/pipe.

Easy to Install. Was up and running in less than an hour.

Works very well and solved a problem that would have required ripping up a floor. The only issue is the joining of 3/4" (or 1")PVC to 1 1/2" ABS, requiring some ingenuity as the sizes and fittings to do it easily are not manufactured.

Saved a boat load of money vs. alternative. ie major plumbing work. Worth the money x 5!
