We bought this bookcase because we have a multipurpose room that serves as an office and guest room, with a full size Murphy bed. The way the bed folds down and is stored meant that we would lose two walls of storage space...hence my search for a mobile bookcase. This bookcase has AMPLE storage space and the extra tall casters with locks mean that it can stay along the wall when the room is unoccupied and roll into a closet or other room when we have guests. The wheels are also very kind to our hardwood floors and the bookcase's pop of color makes it a statement/industrial-type piece in it's own right. The bookcase is sturdy and comes in one solid/welded. We added the included wheels and adjusted the shelves to our liking. I would absolutely recommend this bookcase!

The item itself is great. It was much cheaper through Home Depot than the school product manufacturers we were looking at.
