I bought the file cabinet online. File cabinet is good....
I bought the file cabinet online. File cabinet is good. Delivery process was terrible. The contracted delivery company would not bring the 250 pound cabinet up the steps and left it outside. After plenty of panic and distress, the very nice manager at the local Home Depot where we shop saved the day by sending some staff to help. Home Depot corporate or online folks need to fix the online order system so the delivery company knows what they have to do to complete the delivery.
