Picked up at the store in excellent condition. I had a problem with rail installation but I simply emailed Sandusky and new correct fitting file support rails sent immediately. All good!

The file took forever to arrive. Well packed and Home Depot loaded it in my van. It looks nice and functions as expected. Only complaint is that there were several small scratches on the bottom drawer. Don't know what they might have done to fix them as I didn't report it. so I can't complain now I guess. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.

After reading the other reviews, I made sure to inspect it before taking it home. It was in fine shape (maybe they’ve addressed some of the packing issues?) and looks great in my home!

Not pleased . My file cabinet arrived and was ok. The problem is , the lock is not working . After contacting the company the only thing they did was send me a YouTube video of how to fix it myself . For the price I paid I shouldn’t have to anything ! This company is ridiculous!! I thing I should be refunded a portion of my money. Do not buy a product from this company.

The cabinet come early which was great. Everything went well. Nice cabinet.

The file cabinets were the perfect color and operate fine, but one of the cabinets had a big dent in the front edge from the delivery mishandling. The other cabinet's lock had fallen out due to a missing piece, so we can't lock that cabinet.

corners were damaged as was expected based upon the review I did of earlier reviews of the product. They were easily fixed and to the rear where they were not visible. The unit functions well, and the slide brackets are heavy duty and work fine. However, the lock was dislodged, broken,& replaced

It is what I wanted for my work needs and looks as shown on the website. It was, however, delivered slightly dented despite all the packaging wrapping. If it was smaller and easier to return I would have sent the cabinet back for an undamaged one. But it’s functioning normally, so I’ve kept it.

I ordered it once and it was delivered damaged, returned and ordered again and it was damaged again. Returned it again and reordered for store pick up. Will see how this will work.

I ordered this filing cabinet twice. The second one was delivered last night in worse shape than the first one. Now I have to send back and reorder again. This had been so frustrating as each time it takes 3weeks to arrive

Cabinet was packaged before paint was dry. The corrugated packing material had loads of spots of blue paint that came off the cabinet. Getting H.D. to provide return shipping and a replacement was not a pleasant experience.

We shipped to store for pickup... At the store we opened before leaving with it It was dented all over and key was missing We did not leave the store with it Can not say if it was shipped like that from the company or it happening in shipping to store We were refunded for the purchase. I did not even want to give 1 star because of above but the cabinet did seem to be nice and sturdy not cheaply made

I ordered this twice. Each time it was damaged. I contacted Sandusky Customer Service and they didn't seem concerned about their lack of packaging to get an item shipped. The corners were nicked and drawers crooked. Each. Time.

It's damaged as well. Dented in 3 different places this time. The drawers work this time at least, but barely!!! Unfortunately maintenance tore down & threw the box away when they were cleaning. They didn't know we were needing it. So now we are stuck with a piece of junk for the second time.

Fit perfect and glad it came out of the box ready to go.

The functionality of the product is exactly as one would expect! 3 stars for that. It did not get 5 stars because the color is COMPLETELY off! In the image, the color is called and looks like burgundy but when I got the item home, it is totally oxblood. Very disappointing. Too big and annoying to return.

Have ordered two others in the past. Product itself was good. As with one of the previous purchases, received damage in transit. Was not apparent until package was unwrapped. While Home Depot has been good about exchanging in the past, it takes 3-4 weeks for delivery each time. If you want a shorter delivery time, might need to find other sources.

This lateral file cabinet is sturdy and drawers slide easily without wobbel even when full. Finish is a nice baked on finish that hopefully will last
