We purchased this product a few months ago because of its styling, color, and pricing. Our first order was lost by the carrier and we had to place another order which we received about a month ago. The color is great for our office theme, and the size is perfect for where we've put it. However, at least two of our cabinets aren't fully functional. Two of the cabinets specifically have opening/closure issues that prevent the cabinets from being functional. One appears to be misaligned and the bottom drawer does not close all the way - preventing being able to open the top drawer. The other cabinet seems to be locked, but it isn't. You would probably have to pull extremely hard to get the cabinet open - more strength than it should take to easily open a file cabinet drawer. We are currently working with the manufacturer to get a resolution since they are under warranty, but the lead time for replacement is several weeks and they're requiring additional information to simply get a technician out to take a look and repair the cabinets. They're an okay purchase if you only need a low cost basic filing cabinet and don't mind fidgeting to make it work occasionally. I'm hoping the pictures and videos will help the manufacturer initiate the claim and send a technician to repair them.

Overall it’s great. I mean it’s a filing cabinet so there aren’t many exciting features or ways to get it wrong. The levelers work well, the drawers glide smoothly, the option for letter or legal is nice. It holds files. And it’s a nice plain sleek design. I’m happy with it! But why are file cabinets so expensive??

The cabinets came in undamaged. It was a little difficult to put in the brackets for the file folders, but it turned out fine. We didn’t want to force it. They look great.

We are going to be returning this product. The lock component has NEVER worked. We do not have the ability to return yet, same reason we paid to have delivered. Not happy with the product at all.

Well built. Fits my space exactly as advertised.

I have only had the file cabinet for a few weeks and have not had any problems with it. It is easy to get the files in and out of the cabinet.

Lock mechanism is poor quality at best. Couldn’t get it to even lock. I would not recommend this product.

Product arrived with a couple of dents. Decided to keep so I wouldn't have to return again. First return was due to color not being as anticipated. Not a file that should be moved around often since it's not very sturdy. Overall, it meets measurements and color needs.

The top drawer does not shut completely. Now after a few weeks for some reason the bottom drawer does not want to shut completely either. Drawers make a screech sound too. It is heavy so not easy to put it back in the box, back in car and exchange.

The lateral file cabinet was the right size to fit in the space in my room. It was easy to unpack, no assembly required, perfect.

This item arrived broken and had to be returned. It was flimsily made.

Product was received with scratch marks that looked rusted & had dents in multiple places. Not sure if shipping company mishandled it or it was a bad piece. I would not recommend this brand / product.

We just received 2 of the 30 inch wide, 2 drawer lateral file cabinets. Installation was very easy. We just opened the box and slid them into place. Quality is excellent and function is very good. Based on this purchase, we will most likely buy another, larger set.

There were no instructions on the carton about turning over. We did that in order to remove. Now the draw is off the track. We did call them and they said it got flipped in shipping or at the warehouse and they would send a new one. We called back and said we did flip it and cancel sending the new one.

Works great! I had to match this cabinet to the one I already have and it was very easy to find and a great price! Slides smoothly and plenty of room!
