Bought in 2020, ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Runs seamlessly, plenty of room and then some, beautiful to look at, GREAT PRICE!

refrigerator performance degrades quickly over time. i have an much older frigidaire refrigerator chugging along (over 20 years old) and this high tech refrigerator barely makes 7. over the past couple years the refrigerator performance has worsened. now for the refrigerator to work, i have to empty the refrigerator, either turn it off or chip the ice away from the back of the unit where significant ice forms. works for about 2 weeks. not acceptable performance.

We absolutely love our new fridge they delivered they day they said and installed it. The fridge is spacious and looks great.

There's a few scratches, but I have a narrow hallway so I assume that was the problem... the fridge is big and bright inside. Shelfs are perfect for my family of 5. Love love love this purchase! No regrets! Also the guys that brought it were extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely buy stove washer and dryer online through home depot!

Within the 2 year warranty time it stopped keeping our food cold 3 times. Throwing out the turkey with the rest of the contents was the end of the rope. Paid the $200, under warranty, for the service call. The Samsung service guy couldn’t find anything wrong with it. He replaced the thermostat. 1 year later and it’s still non chilling every couple months. We unplug, reset temperatures,power cool-power freeze. Less then 4 years old and Samsung won’t back up a bad product.

It's an amazing fridge it has so much space

It’s a great refrigerator my wife loves it the doors are big enough for a gallon of milk in them. The only thing I don’t really care for is the Freezer because it’s like a chest freezer I like upright freezers but my wife loves it so that’s what matters.

Love the french doors. You can open them both and put a whole turkey in there. Lots of door space. Only con, no shelf for tall things, except door. Fold up shelf for 2 half gallon milk. Love the bottom freezer although it seems smaller than my side by side. Seems quiet. Love the black stainless steel. Has ice maker but no water in the door which is what I wanted. Overall, I love it.

Love it! Lots of space, beautiful made. At under $1,000, you can't find a better deal. Why did we wait so long to upgrade?

Delivery was on time and the associates who made the delivery were courteous and knowledgeable. They removed the fridge doors to bring it inside and put it back together properly. Product has met my expectations and so far after a month is working properly also looks really great in our kitchen. Both fridge part and freezer work and maintain the temperature properly.

Delivery was as scheduled, very friendly delivery guys. So far I'm happy with my samsung refrigerator , it has plenty of storage room, temperature factory settings are perfect. I think the ice maker might make about 30 lbs of ice x week maybe little bit more than that. Fridge is quiet and looks good!

If you're looking at this fridge you wont be disappointed. I read reviews that said the ice maker was loud but it is not at all. The only noise is when the ice drops. So much space and easy to keep organized. We love the look and practicality.

Ours was just delivered today, I’m in love! I was nervous because we have a smaller narrow kitchen but it looks great! The two delivery guys were also great, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

aaWe've had service out 4 times already. This refrigerator is a lemon. I have never owned a refrigerator that constantly needs serviced six months in from being new. It's so frustrating and sad that I should have spent my money with another company.  The last time it wasn't cooling and they added insulation to the back to prevent ice build up that stops the fan from working. A known issue with the model and they charged me for it. Now it's doing the same thing. It reads 34 degrees but is clearly not and when I pull up error codes it reads 22 which is the fan motor. Buyer beware this product is utter garbage. When I spoke to a store associate that works in appliances she said if I had purchased from her she would never in a million years recommend a Samsung because of the many issues. It’s a money pit. I think I may have to purchase a new refrigerator and I guess throw this one away? Seems so illogical but I don’t know what else to do.

This refrigerator is so nice and roomy! For those of you who say it's noisy, I don't know what you're talking about. My old one was from 1994 so compared to that one this one makes almost no noise at all. The only sound I hear is the occasional sound of ice dropping into the bin.

Refrigerator looks great. Surprisingly fit well, considering I didn’t measure the space before I ordered it. A little trouble getting it home because they do not offer delivery on Clarence items, and with no delivery there was no install so that I did not like. But overall the refrigerator looks great, and works great.

It looks nice, but that is where my compliments end. It is really hard to clean. Three of the shelves in the door have broken with normal use after about a year. The ice falls out of the ice bucket onto the floor behind the drawer where you can't easily reach it every time you open the freezer.

I ordered this frig online during the corona crisis. I was told that it was fingerprint resistant and how to keep it clean with just a lightly watered rag no sprays or chemical. I did everything the way they told me. See photo attached. Frig has great storage but the streaks do not come out!

Ice maker not producing any ice from day 1 and purchased this item on March 31st,2020. Contacted Samsung and still waiting for the fix.

I built a home that came with Samsung Appliances but charged an extra high price for the Refrigerator which was not included...so I had to get Samsung to match. My preference would have been GE and I would have picked a different color. To make up for my lack of confidence hence the 4 Stars...I also purchased the 5 year warranty. Obviously so far I love the Frig and with the 5 year warranty I have no worries about breakdown. This what I really want to say...I have a smaller Kitchen and was contemplating getting the counter depth Refrigerator which is only 17 Cu Ft because of the fit...I made bold choice to get the full size and I am very happy with my decision. It does stick out a ways...but it does not effect the flow of the kitchen and the extra room allows the doors to open fully without banging into cabinets every time. In time I may change this review to 5 Stars and a Yes recommendation...but for right now I will take comfort in my Home Depot 5 year warranty.

The shelves in the doors break easily (within the first year) and the crisper shelf also broke (plastic parts) a couple years later. These are all expensive to replace and poorly built. This is for a household of 2 people over 60--not a family with several kids.

I purchased a Samsung refrigerator 2016 end of July .not even 5 years ice build up water dripping to the vegetable tray . When I called them they said I have to pay for repair.
