TubCrackedandWarped
I have owned this tub for over 2 years. For the first year it was pretty good. But it the shell started to warp and crack after the first year (while still under warrantee). Over time the shell and frame have continued to warped and I have multiple cracks in the tub that need to be repaired now. This is not covered under warrantee now and I am on my own... Tub is also very small for a 8 people. The water lever is not deep enough to cover my shoulders (I am 5'11") and I cannot fit into the seat with the shoulder jets at all. Check the measurements before you buy this and know that it will not last as long as other more expensive hot tubs. But, you get what you pay for. I would not buy this tub again if I had my time back...

This is the first above ground spa we have owned and we love it. It took about 4 months after we ordered it to receive because of the pandemic. But that was no fault of QCA Spas. Lots of jets and they are powerful ! Each seat has a different pattern of jets, for a variety of massage. Water heats up relatively fast. Seems to be insulated well, because we are now having 20 degree nights and the water temp only drops a few degrees a night. The hard cover also looks nice and is good quality. The side panels look nice and fit well. Don't know how well the ozonator works. Supposedly, it reduces the amount of disinfectant (Chlorine or Bromine) you have to use.

Pretty sweet so far. Way better priced than comparable-sized tubs without all the froufrou features.

    Going on third year!
Love our QCA hot tub! Had a glitch in the first year with a worn out bearing in one of the motors but QCA solved it immediately!

      Great value for the money
We have had ours for almost two years now and have had no problems with it. It arrived in great shape and was easy to install. Great value with high end features and great quality construction. We use it to cool off in the summer with ambient temperature which works perfectly here in Florida and heat it in the winter.... Love the LED's and it is great to relax in the evenings. Great purchase! T&P, Destin, Florida

      Happy Customer: Pacific Northwest
I purchased this product in 2012 (writing review early 2014) and am very happy the the results. Highlights are the jets, light options, quick heating, and seating options. The tub is great for 1-2 people. Just caveat the 8-person title with the fact that rising water and foot room makes it a little tough to even seat 4 adults in the tub at once. Would have loved to had a better head rest, but that is something I'm sure I can get as an add-on. Overall, the quality of the tub/jets and heating/lighting is what you pay for and it delivers. I installed the tub as part of a deck (sits down 1 foot) which helps for access in/out. Would recommend to all.

      great tub
We have had our tub for a little over 2 years. My husband and I enjoy our tub all the time. It is always nice to take a soak after a long day to take the edge off the day.

      Ultimate in Relaxation
The Salerno Spa arrived as promised. The delivery was left curbside as stated, and we needed to move it ourselves to where it would be set. The setup was easy once the electrical was in place. We love using it year-round, and we have owned it over a year with no issues to date. I highly recommend this model. It has plenty of jets and is more comfortable than a Jacuzzi lounger model I used to own. It definitely does not seat 8 people comfortably, unless you don't mind body contact with everyone, but this is the same for most if not all spas. It has 7 seats with the 8th being the step. We had 4 to 5 people comfortable in it. Overall, a good buy.

      Everything I hoped for.
This spa is great! Home Depot's customer service is fantastic. The jets feel great and powerful and if it gets to be to much they are all adjustable. The led light at night is really cool.

      this is a great buy!
I have had my tub for 1 month. I have used this tub everyday with no problems. I do wish I could turn it all the way off without having to flip the emergency shut-off breaker, (purchased separately) but required. My DIYer husband was able to run the wire from our homes breaker box to emergency shutoff and to tub after an internet search and some advice from home depot associates. Has good power, but kinda wish I went for more jets and the WOW speakers. May need to add more insulation for winters, but so far it has been adequate.

Had from fall now into winter, so far so good
Bought online in August and it arrived very well ahead of their estimated shipping time, in fact it was placed in my yard, wired, and filled and still hadn't even been posted to my credit card it came so surprisingly quick! We've been very pleased with it. 2 Adults, a teenager, and 2 kids are in it almost daily. Researched the heck out of this online before buying, you'll find negatives about buying no-name from people that have no experience with this brand, just the really expesive brands... but I popped mine open, it's all balboa controls and equipment... the same as the expensive brands use! It does seem light on insulation, so I bought 2 bags of R-16 insulation and it wouldn't all fit. We're now in winter, you can't hear it run when the lid's on it's so quiet with the extra insulation, and it doesn't seem to have to run to make heat too often. This was not my 1st hot tub, so I'm not green to it all. I would definately reccomend this hot tub over one twice the price from a hot tub store!

        Great tub for the money....
Bought this tub in early spring after a ton of research and shopping and price comps and have had it now for more than 6 months and it has been a great tub. I ordered it with the extra insulation because I live in northern Ontario and -40 is common in the winter. Hydro bills have not gone up drasticaly in summer about $20 bucks per month and now in Nov its been on average -5 to -10 and bills are still $ 20 to $ 30 and i would epect in Jan, Feb them to be $ 50 or less which is where most tubs range.. They have been great to talk to and easy to contact. Tubs of the same size and quality run $ 8 -12 Thousand so at $4299.00 its a bargain and worth every dime. I also purchased ext war through QCA direct. Fit and finish great easy access great and pumps are quiet and tons of power.

          Lovin. it
We love the hot tub. It arrived in great shape and was running an hour later. I'm an electrician and have it on its own meter to see what it really costs, I've had it a month now (July) and it used 268 KWH, ($47 here) only heating it 6 or 7 days. Anxious to see what it costs in January! (if I can edit this, I'll post it!). It holds the heat well, so keeping it hot may not cost any more, but we use it to cool off in the summer. You can't shut the heat off, only turn it down to 80. Ambient temperature and sunshine keeps it high 80's low 90;s without heat.

Best Bang for Buck - Many high end features/components for the money
I have only had this tub for a couple weeks, but the family loves it! This tub replaced an older existing tub. The bang for the buck is second to none(amount of jets and quality pumps/components.) I really researched this tub and company along with many others and this company was by far the best! Prior to purchasing I spoke with the support staff form QCA 2 or 3 times, they were wonderful. I have also spoken to them since the purchase to clarify I few features and they answer the phone and take as much time as you need. All the Jets are fully adjustable to customize the right amount of pressure. The description of the LED light does it no justice, the light rotates through 7 colors and even has a strobe. I would recommend this tub for the first time spa owner or some one who has owned previous spas, you will not be sorry.

              hot tub review
We have had this hot tub for 3 months now, It is a very nice and comfortable hottub, BUT, we have noticed that the motor rumbles loudly, when it goes on, weve learned that the bolts were not tightened down tightly, that fixed the rumbling, and also if you live in an area where it gets COLD!!! (ok freezing) this hottub is not insulated hardly at all, We had to insulate it ourselves, and that worked just fine, now it does not turn on as much,, I still would recommend this hottub, just a few minor adjustments and we are all good to go, well worth the money.

              spa/hot tub
we purchased this hot tub and received it about 3 weeks later, (earlier than expected) we then had it hooked up to electric 2 days after we received it, had it filled within 3 hours after hookup, was ready to use the next morning, we got into it and turned it on,, what comfortable seats this one has, we really enjoy it and use it 2 times a day, now 1 week later still runs great, (i hope so) still enjoying it, ill keep you posted for any mishaps that happens with it but i do recommend this one, well worth the money,
