Made it pretty tight, still doesn't close door to latch.

I install these on all rental apartment entry doors. They install in less then a minute with a cordless screw gun . They are easy to adjust and meet all city, state and Fire requirements.

The closer was installed on an outdoor steel gate. Installation and adjustment were easy and were completed without a problem. Adjustment also was simple, and the closer works perfectly.

Easy to install. Quietly closes a door. I left it soft enough for cats to push and still get to the cat box but the door isn't wide open for everyone to see. I love it.

yes, this product works. it closes your interior door no problem. but later on, your doors hinges will start to squeak and the mechanical springs will start make cranking noise... annoying. i installed two of this on my doors and it started to make some noise after 1-2months. i will buy it if you are in a budget. i will not buy it for long term use. i should have gotten a self closed door hinge instead.

We purchased this closer for a very heavy duty screened door for a screened porch. We wanted the door to swing in but usually that means the typical door closer would have to be mounted on the outside. This closer allowed to be mounted on the interior side which is preferable. The only down side is that it doesn't have a soft close capability, at least not for a lighter door like a screed one. Installation was super easy, my 12 year old could install this thing.
