I am very happy with the Natural Fiber Beige area rug. The directions say to vacuum once unrolling to help get rid of the particles. The rug vacuums nicely and has not shed any particles in 2 weeks. The rug is surprisingly soft and gives that natural look I was going for. The 9X12 rug is affordable compared to other rugs the same size.

Looks like a pottery barn jute rug! Love it!

I received my rug today. I ordered it in beige but this looks very brown to me!

I ordered this as a 3x5 in brown for the high traffic section of my small kitchen. It's perfect, beautiful, substantial and feels great underfoot. Definitely glad I bought a non-skid pad as well. Quality is exceptional and love that it's machine washable.

I purchased this rug on line and was really looking forward to seeing it in our den. When it arrived it had a knot sticking out. I should have known. This is a jute rug and that it will have ups and downs. But, what I didn’t realize is that it would start looking terrible within a short period of time. What you were looking at in the picture below is the opposite side of the rug. We had to turn it over because the other side looked so terrible. I called about three days after the 30 day return Time. I was told the best they could do is 10%. And to call the manufacturer. Which I did and was told they have no responsibility whatsoever for any of their items and it is up to the company we purchased it from to make it right. We are an older couple with no pets! How does this happen?

I absolutely love this area rug. It makes my room look more complete and warm. I have gotten compliments from everyone that has seen it.

For the money, this rug satisfies my needs. Beautiful color, and fairly soft on the feet. My issue and not something that I will return the rug for is the real measurement is 8’6”x 12’, so i feel as though I got duped. 6” doesn’t seem like a lot but is noticable.

This rug is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I started getting sick with horrible allergies and asthma attacks about 3 weeks ago when the rug was delivered. I keep an extremely clean home and vacuum daily. I was astonished when I pulled the rug back to find a centimeter thick layer of dirt, dust and debris. The photos don’t even do this justice. My husband who has never suffered from allergies removed the rug and has been non stop coughing and sneezing. This rug must be removed from the Home Depot site ASAP to avoid other people getting dangerously ill. Please contact me.

The rug color was just as expected; beautiful! I have it in my front entry way and it is not only stylish but keeps our wood floors from getting messed up with the foot traffic. It initially left a layer of dust but I put a lightweight carpet pad underneath and that helped along with regular vacuuming (without the brush) and damp mopping the area.

This rug matched the larger one I purchased years ago so it is the real deal. Hard size to find and excellent price. So glad I found it at Home Depot. Fast easy online ordering and delivery. Very happy

The rug is surprisingly soft to walk on, given how big the nubs are. I liked it very much, just the color wasn't what i was looking for. I wanted a cool gray and this one has lots of taupe in it.

The rug is just what I wanted! A nice thickness too.

We just bought two of these rugs & love the look. We are a bit worried about unraveling on the edges, as some reviewers have mentioned, but the look is perfect for our coastal cottage.

Thick rug and flexible to fit perfectly in the spot where I needed it. Hasn’t showed any dirt tracks and it’s seeing a lot of foot traffic. Great price for the size.

Just received the 7’ x7’’ rug today. The size was just a little off, but I did read reviews and expected this. Just put the rug down and so far - it’s perfect!

It looks great and as pictured. It sheds its fibers a little and some kind of very fine dirt the first couple of weeks but then it settles and looks great. Also, very comfortable and soft to walk on. I’m happy with my purchase.

Product did not look as it appeared, had a raw finish, and roots poked up and stuck your feet ,we ordered natural and was sent a dark one, as if someone else cancelled and sent to us

This rug is so pretty under my kitchen table. It did have a couple of little sticks in it but I was able to remove them. I am very glad I got this, its perfect.

Love the look. It does shed but I can live with that. It is tall but works perfectly for me. We don’t use our dining room table much, low traffic area.

Although it's a pretty rug, it's not worth it. It would leave fine dust or sand under, and it scratched up my floor. I had to return.

My rug was delivered in the time frame of the original order. It was rolled tightly, and was safely protected from moisture in shrink wrap plastic cover for shipment to my local Home Depot store, where I picked it up. After getting the rug home, and rolled-out, it became apparent how beautiful it really was. No funky odors, smells like jute rope. Has not shed all over the room, nor is it fraying. My Safavieh Barbados Natural Jute area rug has transformed my living room into a designer type of showcase. Absolutely love it. I will buy the matching 10ft runner soon.

I really liked the colors of the rug - matched perfectly with our new paint colors. I haven't been thrilled with the durability though. The rug itself is a good quality but I have 3 dogs and two teenagers and there have been several snags already that I've had to pull back through on the underside. When we vacuum it, a few more snags appear. Some of the edges have frayed so there are threads that are sticking out on the ends, too. It may do really well in a non-dog/non-kid house or perhaps a lower traffic area. Overall, I would recommend it but be careful where you put it and gauge your willingness to maintain the snags.

Inexpensive and beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for! My husband installed it himself with no problems!

I was so excited to get this rug but now after only 2.5 months it has patches/ pieces that are starting to pull out. I have not used a vacuum or anything that would agitate it... only walked on it. It is a pretty rug and perfect for my neutral pallet but I am a little worried about how long it will last...

I haven't had this for long so I don't know how it will wear over time but it really does look GORGEOUS in the bride's dressing room at our party barn. Hopefully it will hold up well!

I got this rug for our sunroom/great room, which is in Meditterean style. It goes perfect in such a room. It's jute color of tan is perfect, not taking away from the decor of the room. It is not overly rough- as a rope would be- but can be walked on, sat upon, etc... we used- American Slide-StopAll-Surface Thin Profile 6 ft. x 9 ft. Fiber & Rubber Backed Non-Slip Rug Pad- under it. I posted all of that because it took me a long time to decide upon which rug pad to use. This one was perfect for it. It is just a bit smaller than rug, which is great. (you sure don't want one hanging out) The pad is great quality. I don't know if this rug would be nice enough for a formal living room- perhaps so. There is a few places where the jute ''puckers'' up- and doesn't lay tight. This is not a problem at all for our type room. It does NOT effect the lay of the rug- just appears like it's snagged- but just places where it's not as tightly wove? For the price, I feel we got a good rug that should last a very long time.

Love this! It catches all the little things that pets track in and seems to durable and long lasting!! Stays in place well with the premium rug pad for hardwood floors from Home Depot also:)
