They sent a used and dirty rug and the other rug of a different color. I will have no further dealings with Safavieh.

Not what I envisioned
I ordered carpet online so didn't see it before it arrived. The color was more mustard thank I would have liked as I would have preferred more yellow. Also I am using it as a carpet in a playroom and find that it sheds onto the children's clothing and is quite itchy to sit on while playing. Not ideal for a child's play area.

Nice rug. Wish it was a little softer for bare feet. Needs a non slip liner.
